I learned the DNA Polymerase 1 eliminate RNA primer in 3to 5direction and elongates in 5to 3 direction. Can u explain how the DNA polymerase function in detail?
Thank you very much.....Well explained... I easily understand its processes.......Its a big help for me to save my time intead of reading science books....
This is a real mystery how videos such as this one remain so unpopular.
This is the best explanation of DNA replication you can find on earth.
yeah, imagine trying to learn this stuff back in the day by walking to the library and picking up a book that maybe has a few images.
Best on earth? It's certainly excellent, but I think this one is even a tad better:

I'm crying...because I finally understand DNA replication. First year learning this process and I'm glad I found this video!
Best DNA replication video on youtube. Could you please change the settings to allow community contributions so I can add subtitles? Thanks!
Best video I've seen. Clearly distinguish DNP I and III
Thank you. Very well done. Wish I had found this early in my study. Thankfully I found your video as I am studying for my Genetics' final.
My knight in shining armour...rescued me from the fire-breathing microbio final.
Honestly, this was a great video! Super easy to follow and very well explained.
How does the Sliding Clamp disconnect from the lagging strand after the exonuclease is done with it?
THANKS!!! this video it going to be useful for my students!!
thnq ...!!!! finally understood the replication...!!! the coupled thing... u made it clear to understand for me... gave a rough idea...!! thanks

Fantastic videos OUP. I just wish the DNA was represented as a helix, not just a road...
Isn't it RNAse H that is supposed to degrade the RNA primers? The video mentions that DNA Polymerase I carries out that function.
they meant that DNA polymerase 1 synthesizes the DNA after RNAase H has degraded the primer RNA from Okazakis fragments...
Wonderful machinery.
This Is AWSOME

Sound needs to be louder
Good luck on BI346 hawks
Excellent!
Best video ever tx
Im falling 😴
appreciate this so much
awesome
Omo qui non ce se capisce niente
Google translates this as: "Omo here does not understand anything." Odd.
