I have seen this house woth many agents on youtube. I just keep watching them. This is one of the best houses i have ever seen. And i have seen many homes as a real estate appraiser here is Las Vegas. They did such a great job.

@4:44..will that tub accommodate the length of a 6'4" person? It's a gorgeous modern home...I like most the white atmosphere/painting inside widens up the aura of the design🌹🌹🌹
The crazy thing is the people living there has no problem with privacy! Point in case, a celebrity lives right next door, and the multiple times I’ve been there I’ve never been able to see them, even if I’m looking right at their window. They have reflective tinted windows 😅
You know if there’s a new blue heron house that’s already done? Not the 23 million ok that’s way too much 🤣🤣🤣lol I need to win the power ball for that or the mega millions lol
The acoustics of the home are horrible with all those hard surfaces. That includes the surfaces over the fireplaces were a TV would probably be installed.

You can always build them or create a natural green wall with plants to enhance privacy!

Fortunately, when there’s a lease, there’s always an end lease date. So you’re don’t have to move on, just have to hang tight :)
