    Should of showed what the steps going down by the steps going up to the second floor were used for cause I have no idea what that area could be used for?

    House is beautiful but not crazy about the flooring, particularly the red hue. A blonde color woul e been preferable It doesn’t match the doors. Just doesn’t flow. However the views make up for it.

      I’m definitely a fan of a lighter wood for sure!! I think the developer was going for a more masculine warm feel. If we just keep looking at the view maybe no one will notice? 😂😂

    How in the world would that not be enough closet space lol. Just curious how long does it take to drive to the strip from that area?

    • @samcolemanisluxury
      @samcolemanisluxury  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hahahaha you’d be surprised lol. It’s about 15 minutes to the strip

    10 milly home and no staging?

    • @samcolemanisluxury
      @samcolemanisluxury  ปีที่แล้ว

      I completely understand. It’s a huge home that would need some direction for actual furniture placement

      What’s the right price?

    • @KingGeorge77
      @KingGeorge77 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@samcolemanisluxury this place so expensive, based on location, but if this place was built in Houston.. it would fetch for 1.5 - 2 million Max.

    • @samcolemanisluxury
      @samcolemanisluxury  ปีที่แล้ว

      Interesting. But yes, based on location, Ascaya is one of the most luxurious places to live in Vegas.

    I've seen a lot of Vegas realtor vids. You don't do that annoying breathy lip smack or flex power gestures that wannabe Elitist's do. It triggers me. If you get a guy that'll request you to dress casual and wear a polo for tours? That will be me.

    You are trying o coin terminology for selling houses and make it sound like a castle in Beverly Hills!

    • @samcolemanisluxury
      @samcolemanisluxury  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      David, I can appreciate that…I am touring an incredible listing not “trying” to coin any terminology. Should you not like the home or my tours, you’re more than welcome to explore the infinite world of creators.

    Vegas is a desert people go to gamble, and not to live! So, why would any one buy any thing in Vegas for more than a mil?

    • @samcolemanisluxury
      @samcolemanisluxury  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      David, I can appreciate that. I can not speak for anyone else, however, as a resident living in Vegas and never gambling, my family enjoys our quality of life living in an awesome home to raise our children well over $1mill and so do many of our neighbors.
