I use to take it home late at night because my girlfriend lived west of one end and I didn't live that far from the other end. At 3:00 in the morning you might get 5 or 6 cars an hour traveling through and you can see their headlights for miles. For someone to park in one of the beach parking lots and wait for the right opportunity to drive to the dump spot, pull off the road, grab a body out of the trunk (they were all petite women, easy to carry) and carry it 15-20 yards from the car and leave in the tall grass and never be seen by anyone is not at all difficult. If someone did stop to ask why you were stopped there, just had to tell them you had to pee, there isn't an open rest room for miles. Once the first body was found he never went back there.
