I agree! I have a crib and everything a baby needs even though he sleeps in bed with me! Still got everything I thought he’d need and always will even if it goes unused!
People who don’t understand the detectives approach…friendly, chummy, laughing…she needs this girl to talk. Being rude etc. probably wouldn’t entice her. Trust me, the detective feels nothing but disgust however, she has a job to do. She’s got a baby to vindicate. This detective is really really good at interrogation. Good for her.
@@picklep9812 trust me they feel everything. I'm glad to see some pretty disturbing things and some of that s*** gives you PTSD for life. You're never the same with jobs like these. But they've got to find that baby and do what they got to do and say what they got to say to her, because they need a body to put her away for good.
I'm astounded by the amount of commenters that don't understand the female detective is playing a role to get her to talk. She's not joking because she wants to or because she feels like it. And many of you claim to be true crime junkies/enthusiasts?
I agree, this Detective is playing on her side she is doing a very good job of keeping the girl talking. The detectives have to put feelings a side and almost befriend the person to get them comfortable enough to open up.
She played the role to be supportive and believing of the mother to get her more comfortable enough so she would talk more. She bashed him and played on her side so they had a “common enemy”. She played that role so good, she got her to tell the exact details she needed to hear so that she could build the case. Honestly… it’s genius.
I agree. I would say I’m a true crime junkie because I absolutely love it, but I never pretend to be an expert as I’m the furthest thing. I do enjoy and kind of have a standard on how interrogation officers have their own personal way of doing a proper interrogation. It’s definitely an art and something that I have so much respect for. I always wanted to be a homicide detective but had no desire to ever be a regular cop lol. I only wanted to skip straight up to homicide investigator at age 16! I can’t imagine how much pressure that job entails. And I love the way they finesse a confession out of them!
How she only got 5 years for child neglect but 7 years for a drug charge baffles me. There is something really wrong with the way the justice systems prioritizes crimes and the punishments for them.

MissFushi. YES you get it. It's to get the person to play out every detail to build case. People just don't understand what cops ( Detective) are doing. I like watching the cops be all sweet with suspect It tells the story. That's what DA need in court. The cops now in interview room are trying to get the whole story of crime. I think too meany people are watching to much cop TV. It started on TV way back. I think Dragnet was real. They gave. Jack Webb a real LAPD badge. If you look back at say the show Emergency Jack was trying to promote the Paramedic program. The show started so meany programs around the US.
@@kathymarie6049 I was a Reserve cop in the Late 80s. For my home Town. Just wanted to volunteer back to my community. I do like watching First Amendment Aditor in court cases if they are video tape. I like hearing the back and forth on Laws. Lawyer defense to free American. If that helps.
@@Michael-cp6gr You have to remember the cops( Detective) are in there controlled surrounding. The are just trying to piece the events together, for DA to have the case heard in court. I hear what you say. But Detective are good at just trying to put everything together so DA can go in front of Judge. Get a conviction, that is there reward for what we get so upset about hearing the Lies coming out of a guilty person, thinking they are smarter.
The male detective also plays a subtle role, he stares almost unbroken at her for the whole interview. You can see her getting nervous by this, she keeps turning to him to try and get approval for her answers, but he just remains emotionless and staring, occasionally asking her probing questions. Great double act.
That is a good point, I didn't really notice beyond the questions but you are right! They really were both actively manipulating her into saying way too much.
It is absolutely a double act in this case. So the female detective is the one asking the questions and presenting the evidence. The male detective in this case is the one keeping an eye on the suspect. He is the one looking for all sorts of visual cues, stuff that the female detective might be missing while in conversation. It might indicate deception, it might indicate a suspect drawing into their shell, it could be anything. The second detective will have a better gauge in it than the primary. Those visual cues can help the second detective assess the situation better and he can help call a play. He will have subtle ways sof communicating with the questioner; maybe he thinks that something like the Reid technique can be employed, the good cop/bad cop routine etc.
I can tell you from experience that is extremely uncomfortable..o was never interrogat3d for anything crazy serious, but even for small things it's uncomfortable
Wow. I have seen her in many videos showing her amazing skills. There is a huge loss of superb talent at that department. God bless her and hope her retirement is bliss.
My 3-year-daughter once wandered off at a public park when my back was briefly turned and the panic I felt when I couldn’t find her was absolutely horrible. I started running around to look for her in panic when I suddenly heard over the loudspeaker ‘would Erin’s mother come to …’ and there she was safe and sound. Oh my goodness the RELIEF and I felt was so wonderful. This woman never felt anything for her child.
I lost my child while going to the bathroom for 30 seconds. I searched everywhere...inside, outside, upstairs, downstairs...he was tucked into a corner right where I left him watching cartoons and wouldn't respond to me yelling for him 😩 kids.
I've raised six children and one grandchild. If one of my babies had died, they'd have had me in the hospital under heavy sedation. I would be out of my mind and inconsolable. That she is answering questions with zero emotion is beyond chilling.

That's what kept getting me. Saying how selfish and cowardly it is what was done to this baby .... and they looking directly in her eyes and she just doesn't grasp it at all.
She thinks she's smart. Very emotive when talking about Rubhan but can't even refer to her baby by name. Broken ribs before he was even on the scene. Doesn't even break down at the realisation she left her kid in the care of a suspected rapist and abuser. Any caring parent would blame themselves even if they didn't cause harm directly. In cases like this I wouldn't be mad to hear that for her probation means she has to have a total hysterectomy before release.. or even better that they never get released!
My wife recently saw a wandering little boy outside of Sam's Club. He was 4-5 years old with a pacifier. We were both bewildered. It is kinda funny to see some random parent-less kid was walking like he knew where he was going. It really looked as if he was on a mission, but my wife and I stopped to observe to see if he really had a destination. We stood side-by-side with him just so that he would be protected from passing cars in the parking lot. We asked the kid if he knew where his mom was. He took out his pacifier and pointed to Sam's Club and said, "Store ". The kid was super chummy to my wife and I, as if we were old friends. He started talking about how he liked riding on the shopping carts. My wife and I were just laughing. So we told him we'd take him to his mommy and he took my wife's hand and we proceeded to walk to Sam's Club. There, we saw a lady pacing around the TV area of the store. It was his mom and 2 workers trying to calm her down. The mother was going ballistic in the front of the store. Then she saw her kid holding hands with my wife and I and as I shouted, "Ma'am, is this your kid?" She screamed and ran towards us as fast as I ever saw a woman ran. She was crying, which made the kid go from happy as a clam to a crying baby. So she was changing her newborns diapers while she was getting her car serviced and her boy slipped out, and the employees didn't even notice. This happened within 2-3 minutes, which is more than enough time to have a child create space from their parent. Luckily my wife and I are normal people, who return babies to their mothers, lol. She was a young mom and she wanted to give us money, but of course we declined. We were just happy to return a child to his mom. The point I'm trying to make is that the woman here in this video is sociopathic. She has no motherly instincts and only cares of herself. I feel so, so bad for kids who have parents like that. They basically live life with no hope and are constantly in survival mode.
My son was two and I was having him try on new swim trunks in his room. I turned to grab the trunks and as quick as I did that he was out of the bedroom and I heard the screen door shut. He was flying up the sidewalk in a diaper. Thankfully every neighbor knows him but I about I had a heart attack because we live on a corner lot that people like to blow through the stop sign. I was already in tears running after him because of what could have happened. He's my baby. I love him. This woman deserves to rot.
That was me growing up with my biological mom. Drugs have a way of warping the mind in weird ways. I was incredibly fortunate to have second mom's that filled the gap but without them idk where I would be. My Grandma told the story that when I was too little to remember, I was found skin and bone in my crib crying when my Mom finally lost custody. She swooped me up and fed me back to good health. Now I'm in medical school pursuing my dream of becoming a physician and I'm so grateful for my second mom's and other families that poured into my life and showed me there's more to it than living for the next drug binge. I never knew what normal was for a while as a kid, but I'm so thankful I do now. It sounds odd to say, but thanks for being normal good citizens.
Update: She was sentenced to 5 years in prison for neglect and lying to a police officer. The boyfriend confessed and said the baby drowned in the bathtub while they were having sex in another room. He also said they both knew the baby had died before she went to work that night. This is absolutely disgusting. 🤢😡
I always thought all along (I live in Jacksonville where this happened) the child died from not being supervised, like drowning in the tub and that they BOTH knew, however, there was blood so, we will never know what really happened to this precious child.
Yes she is... You actually feel like she is on her side.. Sadly they found the little boy last year.. He died from blunt trauma.. I hope and pray this little boy has full justice... I lost my kid once in JCpenny. She ran off, I was heavily pregnant with her sister and couldn’t move quickly, and she was 2. The absolute PANIC I felt! I bawled the entire time, and a lovely older woman was holding her hand talking to an employee. I had never been so damn relieved. All I thought was someone was gonna grab her and take her and hurt her. My mind reeled! I couldn’t imagine not bawling if I was the mom. Good lord.
My 2 year old daughter got out of our locked front door and I only realised because she left the door open and I heard the sound of traffic. I was 8 months pregnant at the time and home alone. As I ambled down the drive I just saw her about to turn the corner at the end of the road. My dog was by my side and instinctively knew what was wrong. He went racing after her and brought her home. She is 27 now and I still have trauma from the panic of that incident.
Your comment reminds me of being at a dept store with my 3 to get a photo of them. They were between the ages of 2 and 5 between them. The photo clerk was trying to talk me into buying a ,larger package and suddenly the little one bolted. I immediately panicked and went running after her with the other 2 tagging along yelling her name. This woman is purely callous.
This absolutely turned my stomach. I cared more for my childhood pet hamster than she cared for her baby! Precious, sweet boy.... rest in eternal peace.
The boyfriend eventually says that the baby drowned while they were having sex and led police to his body six months after it happened. She knew he was dead before she left for work which isn’t hard to believe based on her unemotional demeanour in this interview. Poor baby had healing rib fractures and a skull fracture when he was found, his actual cause of death couldn’t be determined. She’s only in jail for 12 years between her drug and child neglect charges. I hope she doesn’t get out and have more kids.
Yea, let's all just believe him. The convicted r@pist killer.. Don't you think he made that story up to damage this stupid girls reputation one last time, maybe to dig the knife in harder?? I firmly believe she was drug addicted and negligent, but NOT there when he and he alone killed her baby.
Yeah and she acted like she would have killed him ha a child with broken or cracked bones cry. She knew. She would kill her children over her bf and she proved it. Even the officer said she wait waiting for some reaction over her child (protective) ahh makes me mad because I know what she’s doing and she isn’t good at it
The female detective was amazing. She developed a friendly "I believe you, I'm on your side" rapport with the lady. She really acted like she was her friend to get her to keep talking. That's amazing work!
My thoughts exactly! Very different approach from previous videos I have watched when the male detectives do the questioning. It's awesome watching this detective in action, her work is truly inspirational. Job well done!

I am a Father of Two who I raised on my own. I will never understand how someone could do such horrible things to a child. I'd gladly give my life for my kids even if it ment they only got one more breath. Babies and toddlers and are incredible! I loved watching my children grow and devlope their personalities. Best memories of my life is seeing my children smile, laugh and experience Joy. They helped make me a better person because THEY gave me the Drive to make a better life not simply for me BUT for them! I went to College and University to be able to support them and make them Proud to not have a lazy bum for a Dad. Thinking back makes me laugh and smile about the fun memories we built together. I would pick them up after school, go home and do their homework if they had any. Then go play at the park. We played a made up game called they called Monster. They would play on the large Plaground playset. They'd get to the Big Slide and as they slid down the slide I'd roar like a monster run upto the slide and if I was fast enough I could catch them on the slide and tickle them on the way down. Hahaha... I was exhausted after working but building good memoris with my kids was so important to me. To this day I don't know if the other parents were laughing With Me or AT ME! LoLoL. I do know that the kids Loved it! Everytime we went to the park we had a blast togther. My Daughter brings up those memories with me periodically and tells me how greatful she is for everything I did for them. I say this NOT as some crazy sort of Bragging Crapola. It just makes me happy to know that the Effort I put in to make my kids lives as best I could was recognized and Appreciated by my kids who are now Adults. It was Worth EVERY SINGLE MOMENT OF MY LIFE that I dedicated my priorities to raising my Children! Of course its not at all Easy to Raise kids, especially as a single parent (btw there are not many resources for a single full time Father). BUT I still wouldn't change it. Thats why I will NEVER Understand how anyone could HURT any innocent child. How the heck could a MOTHER do this EVIL CRAP TO THEIR CHILD! This girl and her boyfriend deserve life in jail with NO Possibility Of Parole!!!
When possession of weed gets you more jailtime than child murder, you know there's something messed up going on with the system. For the record: She got 5 years for causing the death of her child. An unrelated drug case got her 7. No, no. You read that right.

No kidding. I was a blubbering mess for weeks after our cat went missing, every time someone just mentioned our lost kitty. This women is totally heartless.
Yes, our dog went missing from our back garden. We were panic stricken someone might have stolen him. All my family went running around the streets looking for him, and both of my teenage children and wife crying/screaming/shouting for him. We eventually found him in someone's back garden, all happy, wagging his tail, etc. He had escaped through a small opening in our fence! Now, we never let him go into the garden himself! He's like our small toddler child and we love him so much!.
I'm a mother of a murdered child, this breaks my heart. Anyone who hurts a child should be euthanized. A child is innocent and precious. If my baby was missing I'd be screaming where's my baby, this is so obvious she don't care about her baby, just heartbreaking.
I was working at Wacko's while she was there. And she openly complained about her child to all of us girls & strangers alike... she was a cold and callous woman. This interview was surreal to watch but it doesn't surprise me in the slightest. That female detective did a fantastic job building a relationship with her.
Yo thats trippie. I was gonna say I couldn't imagine watching my co worker being integrated for murder but then I thought about the people I work with and honesty I wouldn't be surprised if they killed someone.
There is ZERO URGENCY of this “mother” to find her child. I was under the impression that they already found this poor babies body. Knowing that this “injured” baby is still out there during this interview… and the lack of this mothers plea to go find her baby is jaw-dropping and tells us all I need to know.
Until I saw this comment (and almost finished the entire video), I had NO idea that the child was still missing. I thought they had already found him and brought her back in for questioning. (And no, I didn’t read the description because my TH-cam was on auto play) I cannot believe how calm she is overall knowing her baby is missing! I realize that some people process grief differently, but I see people multiple times a day react to tragedy (ED nurse) and they are usually inconsolable and pleading for help.
I was too until I read the comments and now I’m like if she had no idea or was involved why isn’t she asking have you found him yet where is he where do y’all think he is where have you already checked? Or even like could my baby still be alive? Do y’all think he’s dead?
They will have to sedate me I wouldn’t be able to contain myself and talk she is. I know people sometimes says everyone handles situations different but I’m a mom of a five year daughter i would probably lose it with the guy and be arrested for that

True in this case, but referring to your child as 'the child' 'kiddo' 'my son' 'baby man' or any other less personal ways is something I do when I speak about my toddler to strangers. Strangers can either get my kids name OR funny stories and description of 'my child'... it's basically a little privacy shield for the child so that strangers can't recognize him based off of his name and description 🤷🏾♀️ But in her case it seems like she's just distancing herself from the poor child
She could be "dead inside, sure" but just so you know... you used a keyword, DEtACHED. The mother wasn't saying the babies name because she's detaching from the death storyline ...
I have been homeless before and hung out/had to deal with these type of people. Visit any tr8ylar park and you'll learn that this type of language and behavior is normal. Doesn't mean they don't love their children. Hard life and poor education does that to ya. For god's sake, listen to the mother talk. Honestly, same. I did enjoy the video, but I really had expected and hoped to see her crack and crumble under the pressure, like it says in the title. It was slightly frustrating when nothing like that happened at all.
Imagine sitting in an interrogation for your murdered baby and you had the audacity to ask the cops to investigate your stolen cell phone. This woman is a piece of work.
I believe that action comes from the illusion of innocence. Because she is "acting" innocent she is accidentally overplaying that role. I was screaming and crying and running around the front yard, side yard, and the road at the top of my lungs, neighbor came out and from her view she saw him behind a tree. Little turd was hiding lol. I ran right passed that tree but was so frantic I didn’t even see him. I was shaking for like 45 minutes after. I can only justify this as pure evil. I don’t understand how it’s not instinctual and natural to protect our children. Even wild animals do it. Just sad
My 3yr old son ducked inside of a round clothing rack at Walmart and I couldn't find him for less than 1 minute I felt a panic and fear like I've never before or after, he popped his head out and said "hide seek mama!" I felt the weight of that entire store come off my shoulders I grabbed him hugged him tighter than ever! If course we had a talk later about not to ever do that again!

It's ridiculous she only received 5 years for the role she played in her sons death! She was giving more time(7 years) for the drug charge than she was for her sons death and coverup!
Damn wow what a shame I believe everybody should see the light of day again but when you let this go on to your child no she or her man should never see the light of day again. If it was just drug charges fuck yeah they should get out it was like an unarmed robbery nobody was hurt nothing heinous see the light of day again please but when people commit such a heinous crime no lock them up throw away the key.
It's very interesting watching how she behaves. Psychopaths don't know what emotions to display, so they typically copy those of people around them and learn what to use when. This is a totally new situation for her. So, initially, she will know that she is supposed to be upset. But the way the detectives approach it is like they are making her part of the investigation team, so she copies their emotions and behaviour. Like I said, very interesting.
Damn, finally getting to tell this chick she wasn't going home and was staying in custody must have been AMAZING for that detective, she played the friend role SO well, damn

My god. This is so upsetting and disgusting and…I can’t tolerate thinking of this poor souls’ exit from the world. Alone. Struggling. No one to care or to even acknowledge the infant’s death. Why don’t we require people to get certified in order to have a baby? That’s exactly why our world is filled with humans that abuse and kill and torture other humans: their childhood traumas.
@@HouseofStaci you’re right.Everyone who wants a child should be made to have a year of parenting lessons, along with lessons in housekeeping and money management, and have regular drug testing. If they pass everything, they are then certified.Parenthood is too important to leave it to just anyone.
I love the 'good cop, bad cop' routine. The detective in blue just sits silently staring at her for 6 minutes and then pipes up with ''Was he bleeding at all that day''. LOL
Right! I was listening and getting mad at how buddy-buddy she was with the trash sitting across from her. She was so convincing and did an awesome job to get her talking and keep her talking. She matched the demeanor and language to make her feel comfortable. Crazy skilled.
there's another interview with her and a young boy who was being interrogated - she's genuinely amazing at controlling the situation and making the room feel comfortable
My daughter got off the bus and walked home through the woods as I was walking down the road to meet her at the bus stop. I panicked so hard when I couldn't find her getting off the bus that I called the police, ran around hyperventilating and scream-crying her name. I ran back and forth from the bus stop to the house 3 times before I finally found her standing in between our house and the neighbors house waiting for me. I fell to the ground when I saw her. If I was in an interrogation room while my child was missing, I would have literally lost my mind. Literally. I would have lost my mind and been lucky to have ever recovered.
I know that feeling! When my daughter was about five she thought it would be funny to hide on me when I went to the bathroom. Let me tell you, omg! There is nothing like that feeling it is horrifying. Every room got smaller and smaller as of the walls were closing in on me! I was panicking and said out loud to myself “omg call 911” as I was crying and she popped out from the bin we stored our wood pellets in big eyed and horrified because she realized what she did. I was never so happy to see her as I was at that moment! This woman has major mental issues to be able to sit there and act like she had nothing to do with it. As if he was someone else’s child and she was just a witness. That poor child! He suffered & the only person he loved is the reason why. Ugh

When my baby died from SIDS in 1983 I cried solid for 2 frickin' years. This woman is NOT grieving! Her body language, over gesticulating, and continually slapping the table gives away how nervous she really is.
When the mother came into the room, everything made sense. The mom is a total narcissist, the daughter grew up having to defend herself from her own mother. She grew to have no empathy towards kids, even her own kids. Not everyone should have kids, the mom and the daughter are examples of this and the consequences.

My neighbor tried to calm me down and started helping, then my boyfriend Came out of the house saying he found her behind our rocking chair. One of the scariest moments I've ever had in my life if not the scariest, that was almost 4 years ago now and I still get flash backs. I had a harder time keeping my composure when *MY DOG* was missing!! This creature has no emotions, no empathy, does not plead..or redirect the conversation to the whereabouts of her child.... I'm sorry but her lack of any feelings is disgusting.
True story: I was 23 living in Atlanta with my 18 month old son. We stayed overnight in a hotel while our apartment was getting ready. I forgot to put the safety lock on the door. I’m sure I wasn’t thinning my kid could open this door!!! I woke up and my child was missing! When I tell you I ran out the room in nothing but my bra and panties with 911 on the line screaming his name! The panic , the horror, I was distraught too the max!!! People were coming out their rooms helping me look everywhere, knocking on doors everything! I was banging on the elevator button so I could go downstairs and see the cameras, the door opened and the front desk clerk had him in her arms eating a cookie. I literally fainted!!! Once I was back to life, the cops where there, plenty of hotel guest all making sure we were okay. I know I cried for days! And I had my son back! Thank God that the front desk clerk noticed us checking the night before so when she saw him getting off the elevator she picked him up and looked up our room. The panic I had over my son not being in my arms was so strong it knocked me out!!! Since then I have ALWAYS locked our hotel doors and moved a chair in front of it! He is 17 now! Praising the guardian Angel that covered us. The calm this mother has is amazing! No way in HELL a mother would be able to sit for hours answering questions with her baby missing!
So true.... my son hid in our house once and I couldn't find him for like a minute and 2 only and the amount panic that I had was insane.... fcking terrifying.... u can always tell when these parents are guilty.... parents aren't calm when their kid is missing
I’m so glad he was safe!!! You had to be in a state of shock and panic. My son is now 15, and recently he was out on a boat with his dad and it broke down. I panicked. As a mom thinking it could get dark. They could be pushed out farther or whatever. He had his phone and he kept sending me his location but I was freaking out until he and his dad drifted to land and I’m following his location to safety. Generational abuse. Statistically only 30% of abused kids will go on to be abusers and it makes a world of difference if the person has a positive role model/caring adult like a teacher etc. My gram was abused, she abused my mother who abused me, i have poor patience and anger issues ive decided not to have kids. She got 12 years and won't get out until 2026. She was busted on drug charges, that was 7 years. I agree, the guy should have gotten life without parole, he showed the cops where he buried him, under a bunch of discarded tires, and the child was so decomposed, cause of death was undetermined. He showed the cops where he dumped the body. Guilty forever and ever, Amen.

Those detectives were absolutely fantastic in how they handled this interrogation. Being the friendly, understanding and agreeable detectives was the perfect approach. Being rough and harshly confronting would have made her shut down from the very beginning and that’s the last thing these detectives wanted. The male detective laying low and just interjecting every once in a while was perfect. You could tell the “mother” would connect with a female rather than a male. To have to sit there straight faced and friendly with the devil across the table I can't even fathom the nightmares these people struggle with. They deserve recognition for their hard positions. It takes special people to hold these jobs.
It’s because they have enough education and experience in human development to know they’re not sitting across from “the devil”, someone fictitious who is the embodiment of evil for no reason other than to be a figure for sinners to push their accountability onto . These people are real people who were very likely abused or neglected as children, causing literal brain damage in the decision making and emotional processing regions. They are monsters of people for what they’ve done now, but they weren’t just inherently evil with no reasoning, which is so dismissive and ignorant to the further understanding of the human condition. Same thing how religious people shove their accountability onto their flawedness as something only “god” can heal, and not something they have the power to change themselves. Whether parents like it or not, EVERY evil thing their child turned out to be, was planted as a seed by them. Child hood development has confirmed that children are mirror images of their parents, even if their actions in the physical world don’t manifest exactly the same as adults.

When they are talking about a coward, they aren’t talking about him. They are talking about her. And she doesn’t even pick up on it.
That's what kept getting me. Saying how selfish and cowardly it is what was done to this baby .... and they looking directly in her eyes and she just doesn't grasp it at all.
yup, and when they say her boyfriend thinks he is smarter than LE they are talking about her too.
Yes, she does.
That’s my favorite part of this
She thinks she's smart.
Right place at the right time.
That would literally terrify me!
I lost my child once, in a crowd for about 5 minutes. I was in tears and beside myself.

I always thought all along (I live in Jacksonville where this happened) the child died from not being supervised, like drowning in the tub and that they BOTH knew, however, there was blood so, we will never know what really happened to this precious child.
But what about the blood?
How in the world do you only get five years for something like this!?!??that’s horrifying

LoLoL.
Yes, that's what I was thinking. Even if she doesn't cry...she is completely indifferent as to whether they'll find the baby or not.

Once my dog got out of the yard and I couldn’t find her for probably 5 minutes and I straight PANICKED and freaked out until I found her. Couldn’t imagine having a kid and reacting the way this woman is. Unreal!
I said the same thing. I would be on my knees. Please find my dog!
Seriously, right after I adopted my cat I couldn’t find her, tore apart my entire house losing my mind. Turned out she had somehow managed to get INSIDE my dresser. But the fact that I was more panicked about that than this woman is about her whole child missing is ridiculous.
@@avaelliesm Exactly, I lost my cat once for only an hour and I was completely inconsolable. He ended up inside of the box spring of my bed. This is her CHILD! Unbelievable.
Omg same here. My dog accidentally got out and it was only a few minutes before I found her and I was losing my mind. I was crying and running looking for her in pure panic. If I couldn’t find my daughter.. I’d absolutely go insane!

I enjoyed watching this HOWEVER the title “a psychopath crumbles under pressure” is very misleading. I spent 2 hours expecting to her to “crumble under pressure” and admit to doing something when that didn’t even remotely happen. Kind of frustrating.
Thank you, you just saved me 2hours 11minutes.
I agree, even though it was still interesting I wanted to see her feel shame or guilt for her crimes
Honestly, same. I did enjoy the video, but I really had expected and hoped to see her crack and crumble under the pressure, like it says in the title. It was slightly frustrating when nothing like that happened at all.
Definitely a clickbait-y title. I really dislike that kind of clickbait in the true crime community, we're here for the reality.
Thank you. Like forever in.. and still waiting for the crumble
Imagine sitting in an interrogation for your murdered baby and you had the audacity to ask the cops to investigate your stolen cell phone. This woman is a piece of work.
I believe that action comes from the illusion of innocence. Because she is "acting" innocent she is accidentally overplaying that role. That is find most fascinating about these documentaries, how the psychology of the human mind works. These detectives are trained to understand these things. Fascinating.

We were playing in the front yard, turned around to get our water on the drive way and when I turned around he was gone. My mind immediately went to the worst and thought someone was waiting and took their chance to snatch him. I was screaming and crying and running around the front yard, side yard, and the road at the top of my lungs, neighbor came out and from her view she saw him behind a tree.
She is part of the investigating team, she just does that against herself
She gets SO pissed when she finds out she is going to jail, clearly she only cares about herself. Absolutely disgusting.
Well no fucking shit. She's a psychopath.
She’s a psychopath. She’s just as much a victim as the child.
She’s an idiot. She thought the cops were her friends
I agree. This is when you see who is important to her.... herself.
That’s the selfishness the detectives were talking about.
Damn, finally getting to tell this chick she wasn't going home and was staying in custody must have been AMAZING for that detective, she played the friend role SO well, damn
On the up side for her, she wouldn't have to worry about her mother killing her for being with men of the wrong color, or any color.
Big Mama or clank, it’s a toss up ha
Yes!!! That's the part I'm waiting for, so it's coming? OK im definitely locked in...NOW, I'm here talking to myself, like are they really going for this BS, and her Mom is f ING sick... OK they just told her. 😆 I thought she was guilty for this baby abuse.

I really hate knowing that there’s people like this in this world.

Oh I thought she was absolutely amazing 😊 she's a great detective!!
there's another interview with her and a young boy who was being interrogated - she's genuinely amazing at controlling the situation and making the room feel comfortable
How terrifying! Was this the school bus she got off of? If so, why did they let her off?! Scary

@@birdie5507 they don't "think" it will elevate them. It does elevate them. I was locked up with some guys that attacked Jared the pedo subway dude, obviously they didn't kill him. They were treated like kings by guards/inmates. When we got transferred to another prison the guards KNEW about it and praised them, gave them food they didn't pay for, extra time outside etc. I can't believe I just read you sticking up for chomos/child abusers.
jesus... If my kitten went missing I would turn the town upside down to find him, let alone if I had a son that went missing
I’ve watched A LOT of interrogations and this is by far one of the best I’ve seen. I hope detective Simpson passed on her incredible knowledge to the young detectives so they can continue her fantastic way of conducting interviews.
Her mom??? That was wild... props to this female officer she ROCKED this investigation
Very much so... to right...
You can understand how she came to be like this after seeing her mom for sure.
Being a detective talking to someone you know murdered someone or did something horrible has to be a very very hard hard heart wrenching job.
Their fundamental processing and comprehension of how the world works and how to treat people, is still the same
It isn’t that hard, most of the time. These are behavioral scientists/experts.
@@zzzzera “it isn’t that hard” lol are you speaking from experience?
@@babybrooke it’s a PROFESSION they studied for years
@@zzzzerathey are still human. I've studied for tests that still ended up being hard. There are detectives and attorneys that have been on horrific cases like this that never recover.
This makes me sick! Reminds me of how callous Casey Anthony was when she acted like she didn't know where her daughter was... This is so infuriating! The female detective was amazing! She did a great job.
That case broke my heart. I hope that poor wee girl gets justice someday and that bitch gets what she really deserves. Her poor dad though too.
💯EXACTLY!! I CAN'T BELIEVE Casey Anthony is not in prison!! 🤬🤬🤬
Soooooo a jury believed they locked a kid in a bathroom while in a bathtub so they could have sex?!?!
@@KristenDilligaf still can't even believe it 😡😡😡
And don’t forget about that Psycho Chris Pratt..The guilty tend to unfold under pressure …Disgusting people ..They should not be on this earth for all they will cause is confusion and sadness..They should pass the law that if a person is guilty of murder he/she should face the death penalty..It might soften these monsters up..This should be in the constitution..
Anyone questioning why cops can retire after 20 or 25 years of service, imagine dealing so often with the worst of society. It’s heart wrenching.
This female detective is awesome! She was straight forward yet gentle in the beginning. Giving the "mother" every chance to tell the truth while letting her dig her own grave at the same time. Then BAM! She's in her face and graphic to get those crocodile tears flowing. Bravo Detective!!
Agreed! This detective is FANTASTIC! Excellent police work indeed
Sucks they gave her a plea deal though she deserves longer
@@micahkinggodgodself323 I don’t think it was up to the cop. Prob the DA. I can’t imagine how frustrating it is to catch people who do horrible things only for them to get out or not go to jail at all once they go through the court system.
@@Kittylvr69420 you're absolutely right. The detectives get the story and the lawyers and courts negotiate plea deals
“You’re the one out working at 2:00AM and what is his trade? Drug dealer… honey, he cares about him.” This detective is *amazing* she presents as nothing more then a friend, an empathetic woman who will give her sympathy and understanding, all while secretly gathering info and turn around to arrest her… genius!
she was a stripper, I'm from the same town as her she moved to the "bigger" city Jacksonville and she was a stripper at wackos, and its not the most classy place...but you can look at her and tell
I don’t believe I’ve heard the “mother” call her son Lonzie by his name during this interview.
12 years just wasn’t enough for her.
I thought or think she got 5 while the guy got 20 not sure why he got more time than her. And yes It drives me nuts when the mother does that act like the kid is her possession and not his own person. your right she kept saying my baby never once said Lonzie
@@arronderian89 white woman tears.
That baby was abused and malnourished before his death. They didn't even try b to charge her.
They got her nigga though.
If this woman is showing me anything so far as an ex addict, it's that cocaine makes you evil- and I'm very glad it was my dad that was the coke addict and not my mom.
@@arronderian89 you are correct!
The only time she showed emotion was when she felt she was being accused.
When the first thing out of the moms mouth is “If you date another black man, I will disown you. We stick to our own.” You know this was all doomed from the beginning. That poor baby.
I cried more over more for my cat than she did for her child
I cried when my goldfish died, and it’s a fish. I cry watching movies and reading books. This woman had no emotion whatsoever. She
is cold
dude i literally cry of the THOUGHT of my cat passing away which won't be for a long time!
same
Omg I was blawling my eyes when my dog died that poor poor baby what a sub human
I mean, yeah. Animals are our babies, too!
The way she’s joking around and is just so calm and collected while her baby is “missing” is the biggest tell of all that she’s guilty. If my baby was missing or something happened to him, I would be a wreck. There’s no way I’d be able to just sit there and joke around and be so calm. They would have had to drug me because I would not be able to sit still. I would be inconsolable. She’s not worried because she knows exactly what happened and where her baby is. It’s just sick
yup a dead giveaway. amazing
You would have not been able to contain me in that room… begging, screaming , whatever… let’s get out of here and find my baby… to see my child’s blood like that ???I’m coming out of my skin over her kid, can’t imagine if it was mine, this behavior is not that of a mother or anyone who loves that child

My son is 37 and my daughter is 29 even at their age if I thought something was off I’d need to be medicated!
This lead investigator is great, to the point, upfront, direct, well prepared 👏
I've seen her interrogating someone else before. I can't remember which video it was but I've noticed it with a couple interrogators... they must specialise in certain kinds of homicide...
This lady is wonderful. The mother is a useless piece of 💩
I really like this detective. I forget what other interrogation I've seen her in but she is really hardcore and hits it home.
Thanks for that knowledge ,I watch these like a tv series , the one doing the most talking is the lead detective..Got it 💯
@@codybarry8204 is she the only that was talking to Sarah that put her man in suitcase,❓
She’s dealing with this train wreck of a family with alarming shit spewing out of every person and she not only handles the dysfunction, she guides it.
She’s showing more emotion, she’s more upset and using foul language about the boyfriend than her child.
She looks bored. But having to talk to the cops about your missing child can be so mundane. 😴🤦♀️
My mind can never wrap around a "mother", hurting their child. I'd die for my kids. It's disgusting how little time she got! Life! Is what she deserves!😡
Did she get only 5 years?
I know man it's sick. I would die for a strangers child and these people off their own.
It happens more than s.assault to women
She was sentenced for what could be proven in a court of law.
She deserves to be drawned
If somebody showed me a picture of my child’s blood everywhere & he was gone, I would be absolutely broken. I would have lost it… Not to mention when the detective said about “throwing him out for the buzzards to eat & the dogs to rip apart” I would be throwing up with that picture of my child in my head…
I lost it and it's her child :(
You know I'm watching my 3 grandchildren. It's summer. It's calm. They are playing. I'm watching this dumb woman and reading the comments. Then I read yours. Suddenly, I burst into tears. The thought of a child in that condition is more than I could mentally cope with. Every day I was their clothes, pick you their toys, feed them, confirm them kiss them, listen to their tales. How could anyone do this?
We know she is guilty, but in general, you can't assume the world is a copy of you.
Exactly … I had a physical reaction to hearing that and it’s not even my child, my kids are grown and I can’t even bring myself to picture that for them, let alone when they were 2, how you see pictures of your child’s blood and are not screaming crying and wanting to know what happened to your child means you already know what happened to your child
I don’t even think I would remain conscious…I would be hysterical, black out throwing myself on the floor, screaming, crying I mean I just read this comment dropped the video and hugged my little boy. HOW are these mothers so cold 😔 it’s sickening. This sweet baby deserved so much better, I’m so sorry sweet little one, Rest In Peace and fly high ❤️
I watched this without reading the description above or the comments below. I was laying down only listening to the sound with no picture. I felt sorry for the mother finding out about her "terrible" boyfriend and her abused/dead child. That is how convincing the female detective is. Well done and bravo.
Her: “I’m ready to go home!”
Detective: “You don’t get to go home.”
*SHOCK ….LMFAOOOOO 😂😂😂
She literally did the shocked pikachu lmfao
