I have the same issue. But in service center they said we need to replace the panel 😢.

TCL tvs are junk. I had a 55inch TCL and it went out one week after warranty. Customer support was no help at all. I can not afford to buy a new smart tv or smart phone every year. It is a fixed system.

Same. 6 days out of warranty, had it a year, having this exact problem. POS. I'll never buy a TCL again. What kind of TV doesn't have a factory reset button?!
