    Steamed Rice Rolls - Cheung fun recipe:
    Ingredients for 2 servings:
    Batter mixture:
    100g rice flour
    15g wheat starch OR potato starch
    68g tapioca starch
    42g corn starch
    1/4 tsp salt
    600ml water
    1 Tbsp cooking oil
    NOTE:Try not to substitute wheat starch with other starch. The wheat starch really makes the rice rolls texture soft yet resilient. If you absolutely can't find wheat starch, you can substitute with potato starch.
    Seasoning Sauce with soy sauce:(adjust accordingly to your taste)
    6 Tbsp water
    2 tsp sugar
    1 tsp oyster sauce
    1 tsp dark soy sauce
    2 Tbsp light soy sauce
    1/2 tsp sesame oil
    ground pepper
    1/4 tsp chicken powder
    1 Tbsp oil
    Seasoning Sauce with fish sauce:(adjust accordingly to your taste)
    5 Tbsp sugar
    150ml boiling water
    3 Tbsp fish sauce
    a little lemon juice (optional)
    Mix well.
    Filling: (Optional)
    about 50g -100g dried shrimp (optional)
    about 30g green onions (optional)
    1 Tbsp cooking oil

    Hana, chi lam roi, cach lam cua Hana share rat hay, banh khong bi nut at all & lay ra thi qua de nua.
    Chi thay banh khong duoc dai theo khau vi cua gia dinh, khong biet them bot gi cho banh dai 1 ti ha Hana?

    Yêu mến Hana nhiều, dã like va đăng ký. Nếu mình đổ bột vào rồi + đây giấy nến 30 second rồi đổi thẳng ra mâm cỗ thoa dầu được không em. Mình muốn cho nhanh hơn và cũng hơi lười 😊

      Hi Chị chảo em mua trong Kmart thôi ạ. Chảo dính cho Chị xào nấu nhiều loại nên hay bị. Chảo em dành riêng cho bánh cuốn bánh xèo thôi ạ.

      dạ Hana có nói trong clip là vì đổ mỏng nên ko dùng giấy nến chỉ đậy nắp bột hay bị khô và nứt. Hana cảm ơn.

      dạ ko là tinh bột của bột mì. Vn có bột tàn mì Sanh ký Hana thấy shopee có bán. Ở nước ngoài là wheat starch ạ.
