You have stated that exam in chief in section 4 of order 18 is not evidence if not cross examined per section 3 of ind evidence act. Section 3 of evidence act doesn't say so. Clarify.
Sir namaste Maine apne divorce ke 18(4) me document wale evidence de diye hai. Lekin padosiyon ke naam nahi diya hai. Kya unka naam add karwa sakta hu ?
