Most powerful quote is arguably: “Between stimuli and response there is a space.” (Viktor Frankl)

All these stoic quotes are really fantastic and I can very well relate to them. To make it short, my three favourites from this list are:
    - A wise man is content with his lot.
    - With your mind as high as Mount Fuji you can see all things clearly.
    - Life is long enough if you know how to use it.

"Sometimes people don't want to hear the truth because they don't want their illusions destroyed"
    -Friedrich Nietzsche
Is the one that must be remembered for the near future

Aim to be the person that no matter what may happen, people can rely on you. There’s a worthy and noble ambition, to face adversity. Our eyes are always in the direction of things we are interested in approaching. We must see, but to see, we must aim, so we should always be aiming. We can envision new ways for things to be better. Most of all, it all comes down to being responsible for the living being you are.

The stoics are great, but what about Aristotle's concept of Eudaimonea? Another ancient greek with a really beautiful concept of what it means to be happy and fulfilled.
