@ethancooper4154 you’re spot on! I’ve started lowering them in recent videos and it’s improved the quality I think, once I made the changes it was a bit of a facepalm moment 😂
One of my favorite Easter eggs in Star Wars the Skywalker Saga is how the name of one of the Kyber Bricks is called “swing from a hairy vine” which is a reference to a “bad lip reading” of The Empire Strikes Back which made me chuckle when playing the game
The Leia's Accent thing in the film was a delibrate choice. She played up the posh accent around the Imperials to play the innocent Senator, but around the Rebels, she just uses her real voice.
Not really an easter egg but you glossed over that in Supervillains, Malcolm Merlyn actually has his arrow actor return to voice him, which is one of the two recurring roles the actor returned to voice act, the other one is Captain Jack Harkness, funny enough in Dimensions when pairing Ollie (Green Arrow) up with the Doctor, he will mention how Jack sounds and looks familiar, a nod to this fact.
hurts to see no inclusion of Bionicle Heroes, it is a lego 3rd person shooter made by TT games but still never gets any love by the lego game community (despite its differences from standard lego games)

08:30 Definitely one of the more interesting noises I've heard someone make. Nice video! Been replaying some of my childhood lego games recently so the algorithm probably picked up on that.
I liked when the characters don't talk. It was unique and charming seeing the characters use pantomime to explain the story. Also, to me, way more funny given they had to get creative with keeping you invested while watching the cutscene
I just dislike the middle ground, as trying to make scene funny whether or not it has dialogue makes both worse. They have to keep every scene short and full of slapstick in case Mumble Mode is on, which means there's so much distracting you from the dialogue if it's off. At the same time, they need enough time _for_ said dialogue, so when it's disabled you have characters awkwardly mumbling longer than they should, ruining the comedic pacing. Not to say the game doesn't have great humor either way, and for all I know the inclusion of both modes could be partly why. It just feels wrong to me with or without.
Yeah, that seems to be what the issue with the new mumble stuff is. Most of the scenes are done with the voice acting being a lot of the joke which while more in line with the movies does still leave that little itch lol. But it’s also hella unrealistic for them to recreate every scene for the few people who get nostalgic for the old ways like myself, lol, that’d be a whole second game.
Another thing about Lego City Undercover is some of your fellow officers are parodies of more well-known fictional cops, Doorlock Homes, and Dr. Whatsit being Sherlock and Watson (probably could've just used their real names), Studski and Clutch being Starsky and Hutch from the show of the same name, Brickett and Blubs being Crockett and Tubbs from Miami Vice, Lagney and Cacey being Cagney & Lacey, DaMumbo being Colombo, and Shaky Harry being Dirty Harry. I think this is cute because of outside of Sherlock and Watson and maybe Dirty Harry no kid got these references
You should do another video including some of the games you missed (Lego Incredibles, Lego Movie, Lego Ninjago: The Movie, Lego Movie 2 and Lego Dimensions). Amazing video by the way, listened to it while I was playing a video game and its great to listen to while grinding away. Honestly I should listen to your videos while playing a Lego game come to think of it.
You read my mind! I plan to swing back around after taking a break from LEGO and then play through the rest of the LEGO games I missed, which will hopefully make for a nice follow up video to this one. Glad the video served as some background entertainment for ya, I do the same kinda thing when I’m playing some casual games 🤌🙏
20:40 The "OP1TA5" cheat code is also "Satipo" backwards, the name of the guy you were with during the first level of the game, so shortly before this cutscene
In the second Indiana jones game while they dont show nazi symbolism they do have a level taking place in the book burning scene which is funny to think of that being in a children's game.
Also in Undercover there's a Dirty Harry parody, Dirty Harry is a film about a cop going off the books to hunt down a serial killer, the climax of the movie has the Totally not Zodiac Killer Scorpio Hijacking a bus full of kids
Fun thing with the Batmobile in Lego Batman 3's Batcave. It starts as the Arkham Knight Batmobile but you can demolish and rebuild it into (I think) the Batman '89 Batmobile
Just a heads up, you can actually play multiplayer in Lego games on Steam. It's not always perfect, but I played through Lego Star Wars the Complete Saga with someone over 2000 miles away. That's quite the couch for couch co-op!

I absolutely loved the lego lord of the rings game, i used to play it on my PlayStation 3 all the time. The overworld was fantastic and matched the movies so well, most of the level (besides a few bosses) were really enjoyable to play, and so many fun nods to the lord of the rings books and other franchise just made it an all around amazing game
A little note about the Lord of the Rings Isengard easter egg - while that specific one is exclusive to the PS Vita, there is an achievement on the PC and console version called "Taking the Hobbits to Isengard" unlocked when you enter Isengard as every playable hobbit character and, furthermore, the item "Mithril Disco Phial" plays a custom song which is a remix of the Ents saying: "Break the dam! Release the river!", which I think is a clear nod to the Isengard song
The fact that they brought in fricken Tom Kenny to voice the riddler in Lego Batman 1 made me love the game even more than I did as a kid I will never forget the unforgettable experience of being a very little kid playing the ps1 spyro games from way back thanks for sharing
My guess for the Leia accent thing is that it was in some way to help her in prison, like seeming more formal or something like that, and that the way she actually talks, is with the American accent
A cool Easter egg I hardly see mentioned is that in 5-3 of Lego star wars TCS, (possibly in lsw2 but I'm unsure), inside the space worm you can see a crashed small ship. This small ship is actually a Lego classic space set 885. Hope that space guy is OK. Also another thing that bugged the ehck out of me as a kid was the weird grape icon on the 3 collectables in 4-1. This is an icon from a Muppet racing game.
I'm not sure if this game was ever released on anything but the DS, but LEGO Battles would have also been a neat addition to this list. It's a much simpler style of game with a fairly simple premise, but I played that game so much as a kid and it was my introduction to LEGO games.
1:16:51 this got more of a visceral reaction out of me than most movies, games, or videos I’ve experienced. Kudos to you, that was legitimately painful to watch.
Okay, being a big fan of these games since the original LEGO Star Wars, I went into this video thinking that I’d probably know all the fun facts. But I was not prepared for the fact that HARRISON FORD did voice work for the Force Awakens game. It’s literally the ONLY video game acting credit he has, and it’s for a LEGO GAME I CANT EVEN
Haha nice glad you got something from the video! Yeah it’s cool that’s he actually did VO work for the game, he strikes me as the kinda guy who doesn’t do something if he’s not bothered about it so something must have persuaded him! Perhaps dollar I guess lol
I do feel the accent shift in A New Hope fits. When Leia is first introduced, it definitely seems like she'll be a standard damsel-in-distress type princess just waiting to be rescued. Her having an actual personality is played almost like a twist. So to reflect that, she starts out with a British accent, which tends to be depicted as the more posh, refined way of speaking English. But when she starts having an attitude and talking back to the main characters, she shifts into a more "brash" or "aggressive" American accent.
watching these as a kid i had no clue who paul mccartney or keith richards were and watching these movies back and knowing who they were was so fun lmao
I always thought a really neat feature of the Lego Indiana Jones games was that in both the games, every achievement title was a quote from one of the movies that would be related to it's criteria. Shows that the developers put the extra bit of effort for the completionists!
Thhe most underrated lego games in my opinion is the lego battles games for ds. The first one focused onnn the classiic sets like castle, pirates, and space. While the sequel focused on the pilot episode and the first season of ninjago.
I kind of packed LEGO Star Wars 1 & 2 into the complete saga since they’re essentially the same, and I only had access to The Complete Saga on Steam unfortunately. Never knew about the DLC though that’s cool! 😁
@KlawPeels to be fair both lswi and lswii have quite a few differences. A couple of cutscenes in the kamino level are actually missing their audio so they opt for the level bgm with no sound effects instead, and in one case another cutscene's audio. Also the naboo pilots in the Negotiations cutscene yell out when falling to their death in lswi but are silent in tcs. Also the dlc is the original lswi characters since lswi wasn't released for the 360 and thus it doesn't have the use old save extra like the gamecube and ps2 versions. Better get it quickly tho because the 360 store is gonna die soon
@KlawPeels well, better find em quick because you still need the dlc and the store ends at the end of this month Yea my first console game was lswii so i have a lot of memories
You should look at Lego Dimensions. It's a very big game but I had so much fun playing it when I was younger. The whole game is one big easter egg, any movie game, or show you can think of is probably in that game.
Fun fact in the new star wars lego games, the cast of the clone wars animated series all reprise their rolls so if you ever wanted to see revenge of the sith but with the clone wars cast l, just play this game.😊
I cannot explain in words how Lego Star wars the complete saga or Lego Star wars the video game makes me feel when remembering to the memories of each cutscene and level. I played it probably in 2009 or 2010, I was born in 2003 ♥🌕 And I have continued to play it with my little brother since a couple of years ago and we have been playing and wanting to complete it 100%ntly and we got all the minikits, and everything else except the blue minikits
Man. No one ever includes Lego Ninjago: Shadow of Ronin. LOVE that game cause it basically takes place between S4 & S5 and playing it gives cool background to the next season
@@KlawPeels hey, if it helps you reach more people, the least I can do is run it in the background and listen whilst playing video games. I'm starting to remember the facts as I go along now, which I suppose is kinda cool.

Look, man. I own a physical movie collection coming up on 2000 titles, and it has become a meme within my group of friends for me to say "I haven't seen it, but I own it on DVD". And coming from that perspective, you really should watch Back to the Future. I honestly feel like a lot of 80s movies live on because they are nostalgic rather than timeless, but Back to the Future is just as fresh and timeless now as it ever was. The 2nd movie is my favorite. Give them a go, and I am almost certain you'll be glad you did!

Seeing all these easter eggs makes me wish TT could get the chance to make Lego games based on whatever properties they want - seems like they'd really like to make a Metal Gear or Doctor Who game - but obviously there's a lot of restrictions using Lego's IP. Maybe if they made non-Lego games, but I have a hard time imagining what that might look like.
Supposedly, we are getting one based on the horizon games, and there's.... well, my least favorite one lego fortnite, but that's still promising that they are able to branch out into other IPs
100 percenting 'The Skywalker Saga' isn't hard, it's just time consuming. Now granted, I'm a gamer who plays too much each day, but I still got 100% in 24 days

Her having an actual personality is played almost like a twist. So to reflect that, she starts out with a British accent, which tends to be depicted as the more posh, refined way of speaking English. But when she starts having an attitude and talking back to the main characters, she shifts into a more "brash" or "aggressive" American accent.
Yeah that makes a lot of sense to be fair! I don’t think I thought about it enough tbh 😂
Another cool detail is that the opening of Lego Batman The Video Game is an homage to the opening to Batman The Animated Series.
Ah very right you are! Cheers for the addition 😁
I would definitely watch/listen to a longer review going into more detail on all the games as I've mostly just played Lego star wars
Ah nice maybe one day I’ll do a full review video on them all! Quite an undertaking, but cheers for watching all the same 🍻
Great video! Can’t wait for whenever you get round to doing the rest of the lego games.
Much appreciated, glad you enjoyed! It’ll be a while until I swing back around to LEGO again but hope you enjoy stuff in the meantime 🍻👍
watching these as a kid i had no clue who paul mccartney or keith richards were and watching these movies back and knowing who they were was so fun lmao
Hahaa yup I had a similar experience!
I always thought a really neat feature of the Lego Indiana Jones games was that in both the games, every achievement title was a quote from one of the movies that would be related to it's criteria. Shows that the developers put the extra bit of effort for the completionists!
Ah nice one! Yeah I’d never noticed that tbh lol, obviously wasn’t paying attention 😂 cool feature!
Ngl a Lego Silence of the Lambs game would go so hard
Very right you are
Obviously you probably know, but Chris Evans got his shot at Human Torch again! Your wish came true!
I do indeed! And I was pretty surprised when I saw it, gave a little chuckle to myself 😂
Thhe most underrated lego games in my opinion is the lego battles games for ds. The first one focused onnn the classiic sets like castle, pirates, and space. While the sequel focused on the pilot episode and the first season of ninjago.
Yeah I did see something about them but didn’t get around to checking them out!
16:32 the triangular sticker on the suitcase is the logo from Star Tours, the ride found at Disney Parks.
Oh sick cheers for the addition!
lego games are like the best games to play while high i can't lie. maybe dark souls 2 also.
Yeah they’re super chill no doubt about it!
You forgot the first two games
Lswii for the xbox 360 actually had dlc
@idkany293 ah nice cheers for the extra info! Very true, might find physical copies sometime in the future 🙌
@KlawPeels well, better find em quick because you still need the dlc and the store ends at the end of this month
Yea my first console game was lswii so i have a lot of memories
@@idkany293 you don’t have to hurry. As long as you get a 360 game on the Xbox store, you should be able to find it on your 360 console
I recently played the first Lego Batman game cuz I have a set of the plane scarecrow flys to get me back into it and wow what a hidden gem of a game 🙏
That’s pretty cool! Glad you finally got chance to play it, yup it’s a simple yet undeniably classic LEGO game 😃
The bus on the moon in LEGO Batman 3, is from the David Tennant episode where Lee Evans and a cat burglar help The Doctor get a bus back to earth.
Oh nice! Never knew this, and never knew Lee Evans was in Doctor Who he’s a legend lol
@@KlawPeels th-cam.com/video/wmUiSJtW2OY/w-d-xo.htmlsi=hOopxW9ixuxF9Ie3 I'm sure he's having a wonderful retirement.
Brilliant video mate, a good few bits where you cut to yourself doing a comedy bit had me proper chuckling to meself
Much appreciated glad you enjoyed! 🍻😁
You should look at Lego Dimensions. It's a very big game but I had so much fun playing it when I was younger. The whole game is one big easter egg, any movie game, or show you can think of is probably in that game.
You know what’s it’s on my list! Looks awesome tbh, just a shame it seems I need to the physical toy things to check it out 🥲
Fun fact in the new star wars lego games, the cast of the clone wars animated series all reprise their rolls so if you ever wanted to see revenge of the sith but with the clone wars cast l, just play this game.😊
Yeah that is cool! Funnily enough just finished up the Clone Wars show and it’s a banger!
I cannot explain in words how Lego Star wars the complete saga or
Lego Star wars the video game makes me feel when remembering to the memories of each cutscene and level. I played it probably in 2009 or 2010, I was born in 2003 ♥🌕
And I have continued to play it with my little brother since a couple of years ago and we have been playing and wanting to complete it 100%ntly and we got all the minikits, and everything else except the blue minikits
Aw nice glad to hear you still enjoy them!
Lego dimensions was such a goated game
Really hope I get chance to check that game out one day 🤞
I actually think a Lego game for 'The Mummy' movies would be pretty great.
Yup I agree! Love those films!
This video made me so happy!
Nice glad to hear! 👍
Great editing in this
Thanks for covering this
Much appreciated! 😁
Avengers in the thumbnail❤️
🥳
The Force Awakens is actually pretty easy to 100%. only took me 3 or 4 days. probably only 25-30 hours
Oh nice! Yeah I’ve been meaning to swing back around and get the 100%, just finding the time lol
Man. No one ever includes Lego Ninjago: Shadow of Ronin. LOVE that game cause it basically takes place between S4 & S5 and playing it gives cool background to the next season
Ahh I’ve never watched unfortunately so wasn’t too fussed on the game!
Great video!
Much appreciated glad you enjoyed! 🍻
1:24:53 W take. Glad to know I'm not the only one. I'm still annoyed they didn't include Joe Johnston as a character
Yeah I’m with you there!
I can’t wait for the Lego game based off the story of the Lego Pharrell Williams Biopic movie
That would actually be cool if it was a thing! Haha
R2-KT appears in both Lego The Force Awakens and The Skywalker Saga.
I didn’t stumble across her in The Skywalker Saga but yeah it makes sense she made into that game too!
Must... play all the way through... for the algorithm...
Hahaa a real one, I truly appreciate it! Next upload will be a brand new video I promise 😂🍻
@@KlawPeels hey, if it helps you reach more people, the least I can do is run it in the background and listen whilst playing video games. I'm starting to remember the facts as I go along now, which I suppose is kinda cool.
@stevenbobbybills yeah that’s the plan, and it really does help me out when folks even just stick it on in the background so thanks again 😁 That is pretty cool, it’s all coming full circle haha
I feel that gibberish/mumbling works best for parodies of existing media, while voice acting is at its best in an original story
Yeah I agree!
amazing video
Much appreciated glad you enjoyed!
absolutely incredible video
Much appreciated glad you enjoyed! 🙏
We need a Super Mario Maker but for Lego Games
You’re not wrong 👌
It hurt my inner child to not be able to make a custom minifig in the sky walker saga
Yeah I gotta agree I was missing that too
Never really considered the BTTF references in the Jurassic park games coulda referenced dimensions ngl, but I’m pretty sure the real reason they’re there is cause Spielberg was a producer for them and they’re often lumped in with stuff he directed because of that!
Yeah very true! Makes sense with Spielberg being a producer, along with the Jaws reference 😁
This is a very interesting series.
Much appreciated glad you’re enjoying!
1:05:48 the exact same thing happened to me, but with bass guitar and I did not end up pursuing music as a degree, but I’ve continued to play ever since. Rock on brother! 🤘🤘
Haha nice! Long live rhythm based games lol
Keep uploading you have great narration
Ah cheers I appreciate that! 🍻
Awesome video dude! Very well made and detailed! Keep it up 🎉❤
Much appreciated! Glad you enjoyed 😁🍻
@@KlawPeels Anytime 😎😍
Recently been playing through Lego Marvel 2, thinking about going for a 100%. It makes me really, really, REALLY want a new Lego Marvel game, especially now that Disney has the X-Men rights back
Oh nice, yeah those 100%s are appealing but I never went for the Marvel Super Heroes 2 myself! Yup I agree a new LEGO Marvel game would be awesome, fingers crossed 🤞
did you know bane cant break any coop players backs except for batmans
also going to put my new comment here because the video i left it at is now deleted so yay
FUN FACT: the the mission where you play as joker and harley at the fair after you get though the part with train rails that go into a bottomless pit in the next part of the level if you move the camara above where the creepy duck is you can see a clown ballon that looks exacly the same as the clown ballon filled with joker gas from the movie BATMAN from 1989
I’ve heard apparently he can!? Not tested it myself 😂
@@KlawPeels i was playing in free play and my mind went like "what if" so i tried it and it worked
Aw that’s a great collection! I wish I still owned physical stuff tbh 😂 I’ll be sure to watch it, one day, soon. I need to make a list of all time classics to work through 👍
Matt Lanter is a G so underrated, Him Hayden, James And David are the core 4 that make Anakin/Vader the great character he is
Yeah I gotta say I started watching The Clone Wars for the first time a couple of weeks ago and he’s brilliant as Anakin 🤌
I love Lego Star Wars III: The Clone Wars so much, I genuinely hope they make a Lego Star Wars III: The Clone Wars Part 2 or something that covers the other seasons the first game didn't
Yeah would be cool for sure!
i swear to god i thought the ewok movie was just a fever dream i had as a kid now i gotta watch it
Lol I’m yet to watch it but can’t wait!
The exclusion of Lego Indy 2 is diabolical and I won’t stand for it because it’s such a fun game, even if it is weird
@@DarnGuy35 it’s actually not too bad just didn’t have too many interesting things to me 😂
If you think the poster of Luke Swolewalker is the the beefiest version of Luke Skywalker let me introduce you to the PotF Luke Skywalker "Farmboy" version, pecs that could in fact carry the entirety of the rebel fleet in accordance to the size, girth and sheer mass.
Luke Swolewalker lol. I’ll have to check out this heftier version for sure
MERMAIDMAN AND BARNACLE BOY. . .TO THE BAT CAVE!
THE *something* CONCH (I don’t remember the name lol)
4:00 The dinosaur is more likely to be a refrence to the T-Rex that Batman has in the Batcave
I think they're both a reference to Jurrasic Park/World since the roar is the signature one from the films :)
It’s just plastic man. He becomes a dinosaur in one of the levels
Theres a mission in Lego Marvel Avengers where you have to stop the hulk from taking a selfie on the Asgard throne.
Aw nice guess that’s another one!
U only having 2.7k subscribers is criminal your video and editing and your ideas of how you create funny cool little sketches in between your reviews is very talented keep it up man I hope you got 100k by the end of next year
What an awesome comment thank you! Really appreciate the support, it’s tough to keep at it sometimes but I enjoy it so we’ll keep on keeping on 😁 Thanks again!
You’re spoiling yourself by not watching the back to the future trilogy
Yeah I agree, I know I’ll enjoy it just need to actually get around to watching it. One day soon hopefully haha
Yeah very good point! Talented team for sure, maybe we’ll see something new from them in years to come 👍
Supposedly, we are getting one based on the horizon games, and there's.... well, my least favorite one lego fortnite, but that's still promising that they are able to branch out into other IPs
I had a blast playing the clone wars miniganes with my brother when i was little
Aw nice, yeah it’s a cool concept for a LEGO game!
100 percenting 'The Skywalker Saga' isn't hard, it's just time consuming.
Now granted, I'm a gamer who plays too much each day, but I still got 100% in 24 days
Yeah I can imagine it’s pretty time consuming! I’d like to 100% more games but yeah some just take far too long 😂
Great video! I’m trying to hold back the whovian in me who wants to correct you about the weeping angels and when they first appeared 😅
Oh no be my guest and correct me! I appreciate I slip up and make mistakes in these videos so more than welcome to let me know 😄
@@KlawPeels Ahh you're all good, they didn't make an appearance until season 3 of the new era of the show 😉 It's an iconic episode nevertheless!
