So glad I found this today I was trying to figure out what was rong with my strong arm (I opened it when i was 8ish) and I messed up the catch and I found the problem but dropped the spring and rolled over it with a chair i didnt know i could use pen springs and now my 3rd nerf gun works again I'm very happy
Hey Capt. I was wondering. Can you make removable air tanks, so you could switch them out on the fly for more efficiency? I thought of that idea when I saw a Super Soaker Drum that holds water.
i was wandering if you can put direct plunger into old blasters. like the maverick and see if it still shoots. i think it could really troll some one if it could work like that.
You can, with enough epoxy, do anything. I have seen someone integrate the back end of a nitefinder onto a maverick, so that the trigger still rotated the maverick cylinder and also pushed on the nitefinders sear. It certainly didn't look stock, as it became straight pull prime from the nitefinder instead of the slide from the maverick. If you wanted it to LOOK stock, then you'd have to find a plunger tube that fits inside the maverick body, which is very thin so you wouldn't get a big one, and then rework the sear catch as the original only really works with the indirect plunger. All in all, it's very doable, and if you ruin it it hardly matters as there are more nerf mavericks than grains of sand on this planet.
could you do a monday mod tips on faux barrels like how with springers you want a different size, flywheel you want a different type... And so forth, I heard someone talk about it somewhere.

You know there is a way to male costum plunger heads right
If you can make a plunger head, then you can convert a maverick to direct plunger.

What’s your opinion on “upgrading” the trigger springs? I’ve considered it but I’m unsure how it would effect everything else and the release etc
