Trolling motor mount is my secret for mounting the diesel heater. One side on the rack and the other attached to the heater and you can slide it in and use a quick set screw to hold it in place. Easy on and easy off. Great vid my friend! I gotta get out there with you in 2025!
Heck yea man! You knocked this one out the park as usual! Great and fun video! Definitely looked like a great trip! Sorry just now getting to watch this. The holidays have kept me busy. But excellent job on this and can’t wait to camp with ya in 2025! 👊🏻
Awesome footage and water crossings! Looked like a fun trip. I will give you some good info for ur next trip and beyond concerning your emergency break away cable. So in actuality that cable shouldnt be hooked in the chain and connected to ur hitch. Alot of camping dealers do it that way and its incorrect. The break away cable should be hooked to your vehicles frame incase the hitch falls off and malfunctions. If thats the case and its hooked to the hitch the break away cable will not work and ur responsible for whatever that trailer damages. Hook it to your frame so if that does happen the cable does its job and stops that camper from "running away." Safe travels my friend!
An amazing video as always! I’m sure glad you had someone fix your brakes that would’ve been awful during all that rain, wink wink. Hope you and your family have a Merry Christmas.
I just got the same heater for Christmas. What did you wrap the exhaust pipe in? I have a 6 year old that will start camping with me in the spring. Thanks!!
Killer Video man as always, cant wait to do it again. Thanks for the shout out bud.

I got some motorcycle exhaust wrap. Here’s a link to the one I purchased: amzn.to/4gS6QT8
Great river crossing experience. Did the UEV 490 perform well? or did water seep inside through any of the compartments?
Merry Christmas!
It did get a tiny bit of water in it but it was because a latch wasn’t fully closed. Otherwise it stayed water tight.
