Ma please i made my tigernut and the juuce turned slumy the next day. But then i had to pour the juice into a blender and it becane normal again.. what cauded it please
soaking your dates overnight makes it loose taste….if you need to soak it make sure to wash before soaking and use the water to soak to blend too so it does not loose it’s taste

The mallam I buy tiger nuts from said the smaller sized nuts produce more milk, but aren't as sweet as the bigger sized nuts. What I do is to mix both
