Here’s the recipe for 20L of water, this will produce about 40-50 bottles of 50cl zobo drink. It can produce more but it’ll be lighter
One paint (bucket) of zobo leaves
Half paint of ginger
2 tablespoons of cloves
4 large pineapples
1 paint of dates
1TSP of flavor
2 big lemon

I'm making this zobo right now. I watched the video multiple times before I got the confidence to try it 😂.
I tweaked your method a bit😊 by juicing the pineapple and dates before cooking the zobo leaves and others. So I added the pineapple and dates chaff to the cooking pot.

Well, it didn't taste sweet enough so I added sugar. It's still not very sweet but okay.
Maybe my date are not enough because I made a very small batch. My family enjoyed it though, they don't want me to sell the remaining bottles😂😂 😂😂

Hello Mira, for tigernut most times when you grind, water is gonna be added. But give ot take 6-8L is okay to get a good consistency.

yes, its important to add preservatives unless you are selling the juice tot he direct consumer, its better to use natural preservatives like vitamin C.

Hello Oluwakemi, it can stay in the freezer for as long as it’s frozen. Flavor is not compulsory if you use enough pineapple juice then it’ll add to its flavor. I hope this helps.
