HOW TO MAKE ZOBO DRINK FOR 20 PEOPLE! HOME MADE ZOBO | DIARYOFAKITCHENLOVER

We decided to share this for people who want to make zobo but are not sure how pre even the quantity.
Ingredients
Zombie leaves. 1 1/2 derica
Oranges. 10 big ones
Pineapples. 3 large
Cloves. 2 tbsp.
Lemon. 1 large
Cucumber. 1 large
Sugar. 1 1/2 cup
Water. 20 cups (you can add or reduce the quantity)
Ginger. 3 large

I don't add my pineapple to the cooking zobo because it will loose all the nutrients,I boil the zobo with pineapple peel, ginger and cloves, when it cools I add the pineapple and orange juices, I sometimes add water melon juice too, it comes out really good and I don't add sugar too

Put the zobo drink into a clean container or jar and freeze it, with that it will last longer

No preservative is added so it must be in the freezer always for a month before it changes it taste

Adding all your fruits when boiling serves as a preservation too. Becos fruits ferment when added after cooking the Zobo. So this is another way to preserve it by adding your fruits during cooking.

How do you train your children especially items of cooking without them helping you in cutting leafs, onion or that oranges in the kitchen. I think you don't cook, and don't know how to ...... MAID does everything. Teach your children well oooo. You will not leave with them forever.
