Can you plug it in to 110 using a usb adapter?

Why is this 3000 amp yet the older version was 4000 amp ? Are they the same ? Both are gb150. 22500 joules on the 4000 amp but not sure of the 3000 amp yet size wise its the same.

I heard multiple people say that they went through some testing of it and the 4000A wasn’t correct so noco had to change them to reflect that.

Yeah exactly… mine says 4000 … due to tests etc … they are actually 3000… still an amazing product .. got like 14 Mercs … always use it and I’ve helped out people along the way. Only issue with mine is when I use the USB feature to power iPhones etc…. The red protection light always flashes after 5 min of use.

I have found that the USB output does not cause interference on radios, unlike the cellphone chargers.@@BobBenz55

Nice! I just bought one, Don't ever buy the GBX series, they are failing left and right. I have GB40 for 4 years and it's pretty good, unfortunately it is too small and some times my 12V batery is at 8V and so I can only get it to 11 or 11.5 with the GB40 and then I have charge the GB40 again and jump one more time and then I'm good, That's why I just bought the GB150.

hey.. fyi there's an override mode for when the voltage is too low to allow your gb40 to still jump it. check the manual.

I think you're using it wrong...
The boost is supposed to be for STARTING your car. Not for boosting the battery up to the volts it's supposed to be at!
Once you've started your car, your alternator will deal with recharging your battery...
