- Fullbring Shinigami Ichigo Is WAY Stronger Than You Think. - This is a video I've wanted to make for years. Since the very first time I seen Ichigo in this form, back in 2012... I was so impressed by its sleek, cool design... but always confused as to how strong Ichigo actually is in this form, as we don't see it for a very long time. Let me know what you guys think in the comments. Is this version of Ichigo Kurosaki from BLEACH cool to you guys, or unimpressive? Because today, I am going to show you guys just how underrated, and how overpowered this form truly is!

He totally shredded that skyscraper to flex on the boy and acted like it was an accident. (I mean we NEVER saw Ichigo´s aim with GT being off. enemies dodging yes, ichigo flatout missing a target paralysed by fear? never. He was flexing on Ginjou)

It’s because it was used the less , first against Ginjo , then against hollow Quincy , then the Jailer and then it gets broken .

The fact that Ichigo could have theoretically copied the abilities of any Shinigami is pretty busted. At the very least, why Ichigo didn't capitalize on it's ability to interact with the "soul" of everything is a massive oversight in my opinion.
The saddest part is we didn't get to see much of this Ichigo. If the anime ever returns I hope they release a movie with this version of him.

I agree with Clyde this my favorite form of Ichigo. I don't know why, he just looks badass to me
100%, he looks massively awesome. All his miniature forms looked pretty dang cool. But there have been very few forms of Ichigos that I didn't like. I'd still say my absolute favorites though are FGT Ichigo and VL Ichigo when fighting Ulquiorra. Gonna have to say as a runner up is when the hollow took over against Byakuya and he had that jagged half mask thing going on, that was pretty awesome.

Ichigo practicing fullbring was all about him having control over his spiritual pressure. Adding that control into bankai is a huge upgrade especially knowing that most of his actual spiritual pressure was still being suppressed
Ichigo was basically defined as having little to no control beforehand. His fights were more about him maintaining emotional control so he wouldn't get dropkicked out of nowhere.
To be honest, Ichigo ACTUALLY being able to control his own power is probably the biggest buff he gets inside of the entire series. It means he can focus 100% of his power into his attacks rather than wasting most of it leaking out. Before, he was trying to fill a colander and the only reason it worked was because if how much water there was. Now, Ichigo has applied the transcendent level of Flex Seal Spiritual to allow him to slap you with all of his strength at once.

@@eliasg1987 he learnt how to unlock bankai with Yoruichi, he learnt how to control his inner hollow with the V club. I'm still quite confused about whether Ichigo trained to get his true Zanpakuto since he just solve his inner conflicts.

His mask is actually mixed with his Shinigami powers now as its what they should have been. Meaning he is actually using his mask constantly as fullbringers are humans with hollow esque Abilities

Ahh, the Fullbring arc... ever since my 3rd viewing the favorite arc purely on potential.
It had a tough spot after the climax with the series' longest lasting villain. But that break and turning for a more private problem and character building is a masterclass of handling storytelling and powercreep as well. Too bad when it really started to came into it's own, the editorial staff forced in the shinigamies faster for better immediate sales instead of overarching story value. At least Ginjo and his story is getting some love in Can't Fear Your Own World.
But loved the YYH Chapter back atmosphere (seeing Kuugo's own badge the first time in that chapter I literally yelled at the scree "boooy, Kubo is bringin' out his own Shinobu Senshui!!") Also the throwback to early Bleach:
"I can't protect you without holding a sword.
I can't embrace you while holding a sword"
The volume 5 intro poem rings so strong in this arc.

I started the fullbringer arc with it being a sequel in mind. Wasn't disappointed but found it rather boring compared to the blood war arc
It wasn't a BAD arc, just unnecessary. For me, Aizen should have been the final boss of the series. Everything in the series led up to Aizen, having Ichigo regain his powers and fight a new villain just felt extra.

I've been a subscriber for a long time and I genuinely always love your videos bleach was the first anime I really got into cuz I can relate to Ichigo and multiple ways and I'm glad that you're still making content on it for us bleach fans keep it up!!
The thing is with fullbring, it ISNT just a power boost.
Ichigo is literally taking his Hollowfied state, and mixing it with his base. So, because his fullbring is connected to his hollow and his hollow is connected to his soul reaper powers.
He cannot lose his fullbring, hollow or soul reaper powers. So pretty much, he’s at full power with this new form compared to using his hollow mask in his Former Bankai state.
ichigo is literally just a mass of absolute superior genetics, possessing genes from every race in the world, every power that exists in the world, including reiastsu from every notable shinigami, WHILE throughout most of the story being limited by inexperience, then the shinigami badge, his own zanpakuto, and still managed to win. the further the story goes along and as each of ichigo's restrictions are noted and thrown away, I understand just how broken ichigo is. i don't underestimate him at all
The saddest part is that hes actually just 2 things XD. Hes human and shinigami. His power mixture is another story but generically hes just 2 things. Since quincys arent a race. Theyre a clan of humans. And even if you count hollows as a seperate race the hollow side of him is actually his zanpakuto since thats where it went when it imprinted on him. Then theres his dad which is just a shinigami
to be fair the whole arc was just a transition to him regaining his real powers, but they had to do something while working toward the quincy arc. his powers were always there just never unlocked fully. he was just powerful enough to defeat the fullbringers and thats all.

Also, the concept of Fullbring is probably my favorite idea for a power system in almost any show. I'd say it's my second favorite in BLEACH after Resurrections
One of my favorite parts of the fullbringer fights was Kuchiki Byakuya vs Tsukishima. "You are an enemy of Kurosaki, debt or not i feel no remorse on cutting you down"
I think that answer describes Byakuya's self perfectly.
I think the Arrancar Quincy was unable to steal his "Bankai" not because of Ichigo's power or its hybridization but because it wasn't actually his Bankai. When Kenpachi goes Bankai the captains discuss how they were wrong about their theory on a constant release form. It's heavily implied that Ichigo has been running around in Shikai all this time when he thinks he's in Bankai.
I'll admit it's never actually confirmed for certain but it is absolutely implied. The "Bankai theft" would be just another reinforcement of that theory.
I was so confused on my first read through why Shaz Domino's introduction was just cut short for no reason. Took me at least 2 rereads to realise it was Ichigo who cut him off.

thank you for crediting this ark, for some reason alot of people downplay this ark when in actuality Icigo's powers are great and the Ginjo vs ichhigo fight is well put together. I love the editing, the camera angles and zooming in and out their epic fight
Glad to see Quilge getting some attention. I don't think he is that amazing of a character but I always thought he didn't get enough credit for both his power level and rank among the Quincy.

I think one thing people always forget about when scaling this form of ichigo is that when he completed his fullbring he was able to speed blitz Tsukishima and almost beat him and you can argue Tsukishima was holding back but still and impressive feat when you consider at this point his soul reaper powers hadn’t merged with his fullbring abilities yet especially when you consider how well Tsukishima did against byakuya

You should do a video going over death battles "research" on ichigo. They have a naruto vs ichigo. And I think they really underplayed him. You seem to have an insane more knowledge than I do. I would love to see an in depth review from your point of view on that video.

Ichigo's shinigami and hollow power's are one in the same, his hollow powers never translated into fullbring so
After his training with ginjo he mastered hollow powers and when his power were restored,
Both of his powers merged together and were completed.

I feel like the reason people struggle to believe bleach characters are world busters is because we are conditioned to consider it in terms of DBZ flashy attacks. It isn't like that in bleach. There's a focus on how power is applied rather than raw strength. This is shown through the focus on swords. They may have the strength to destroy a planet but only cut what they aim for instead of spewing their power recklessly around the planet like the z fighters. Think hammer vs scalpel.
This. The Shinigami even have seals put on them that restrict their power when they go into the World of the Living so that they don't adversely affect the world around them. If they went and used their powers to blow up the World of Living and Soul Society, it would go against the story. They wouldn't want to destroy the worlds that they inhabit.

@@johnothanarenot2695 he scales to yhwach and yhwach was going to destroy the entire bleach universe and recreate it in his own image. Soul society, the material world, muken and the garganta are all universal in size with the garganta being an extradimensional void which encompasses everything.
From what I remember he's supposed to be comparable to "Vasto Lord" Ichigo since Fullbring is essentially Ichigo mastering his Hollow Powers.

I honestly believe Fullbring is the best arc in the show xD... Fights are awesome, story is pretty cool, villains are sweet, has actual character development. Not sure what's not to like xD. Plus, the final fights are kind of an excuse for everyone to show off! Which is sweet.
Also in chapter 489, when Yhwach finds out Ichigo is distracted fighting Quilge he immediately decides to invade the Soul Society.
Zach Kiyan and a tired/fatigued ichigo after breaking out of Quilge’s prison was able to fight and even injure him

Fullbring is realy the only power Ichigo earned himself.
Soul reaper power from his dad, Hollow power from white, and quincy from his mother. Plus Bach helped Ichigo controll all the powers, and white lets Ichigo use the hollow mask only because Ichigo is stronger than him at the moment.

This renewed my somewhat wavering interest in Bleach. I stopped reading a long time ago (mainly cos there was no translation past Ichigo getting his real Zanpakuto) and never picked it back up because I didn't have any more interest. I kind of regret that, now. Picking up from the beginning and then going onward sounds like a great way to spend this pandemic, yep.

I cannot be the only one incredibly curious as to why Bleach had such better standards of animation than Naruto ever did, right? Even the better animated portions of Naruto could never hold a candle to the best animated from Bleach. I know there are probably tons of theories and assumptions out there but I honestly can't help but want the actual reason. This is not meant as a slight against Naruto, just because it had arguably worse animation does not mean it was a bad show. Please don't respond to this comment with hate or anger.

Head Captain Shunsui Kyōraku even told Ichigo’s friends that they could come to the Soul Society because he believed Ichigo would be to strong to stay in the world of the living due to how strong he will become after gaining his new Zanpakto.
This show had so much potential to have a great ending...

When you explained the scene when the captains came to the world of living and told Ichigo the truth, it blows my mind of how powerful Ichigo is during that time. They need several captains to hold him down if Ichigo response badly

Naruto is one of my favorite anime characters but I always think that Ichigo is more powerful besides even when he attained his zanpakuto's true form he still didn't know to use much of it that's why he use Yhwach's reiatsu to awaken one of his zanpakuto's powers.

I think when Tenjiro hits Ichigo the implication is not that Ichigo countered and broke Tenjiro’s hand, but instead that Tenjiro busted his own hand upon striking Ichigo because Ichigo’s body is sturdier/reinforced with his insane reiatsu/whatever. So this is less of a speed feat and more of a strength/toughness feat for ichigo.
From what I've learned in watching the last few Clyde videos, is that Ichigo is WAY stronger than you think.
