Ok... I'm literally obsessed. Not just with this vlog. But with this home. With Bob & Gina as your amazing hosts. With this countryside, with this town. With Italy and all of it's wonderous offerings. With the freshness of the local ingredients, with the friendliness and charm of the people. With the carefree lifestyle full of beauty, wine and friendship. I LOVE Italy more than ever. Thank you for this, Kara & Nate!
Klaudia Kubala I was wondering the same, as we are from Holland and looking to roadtrip to Italy next year this would be a great stop if possible @karaandnate would love to hear if Bob and Gina incidentally have guests over, if so could I pm you on Facebook for contact information?
@@stefaniacalabrese2400 yep thats them thank you for sharing! Hopefully we'll still be able to travel within Europe from the Netherlands at the end of the month, if so Italy is a contender but with over 15 hours of driving I think Ripatransone will stay on the checklist a little longer. We only have one week and want to get the most out of it with max 10 hours of driving
Bob and Gina could seriously make a killing out of offering this and the pasta as an AirBnB experience!! I'd pay to experience this level of awesome food and amazing views!!
Gina and Bob are just the sweetest people! What did they do prior to moving there? Where they military or just retirees!? And how did they decide to retire there? It is stunning no doubt but how did they know about this place?
Italy is a fairly easy entry country for Americans who want to retire there. There are some hoops to jump through, but all in all, it's not as restrictive as many countries in Northern Europe.
Seriously, Le Marche is Heaven on earth! The lighting is spectacular! I've been thinking you guys are living the life but Bob and Gina are right up there with you!
This place is paradise honest to god paradise!!, I am looking for flights right now this is going to Be my next trip. You guys killed it with this video the drone footage out of this world. How lucky you guys are staying with Gina and bob super nice hosts!!! I am coming Gina and bob next month I will be there!!!!
This really works staying with Bob and Gina you get a true feeling of the country and locals. I hope that you can do a similar experience in another country as it makes your videos much more interesting, thanks guys xx
My wife and I were at a conference in Recanati which is about an hour away from where your friends live. We had a beautiful room that overlooked a valley and every morning we had a glorious breakfast. We had a great conference (writers conference) and visited an Italia farm with olive oil tasting. Such good memories.
My goodness, this Marche series is mesmerizing! I often go to Italy (I'm half Italian, living in Switzerland so closeby) but I've never been there and I so wish I could stay with Bob & Gina. I mean, THAT. VIEW!!!!! Just WOW!!!
At about 8:54 why do all the trees look like they have craters in the center of them. Also Bob & Gina and Italy are all awesome. Thank you for sharing your time there.
This whole video makes me happy. It just has a great vibe to it. I have seen a ton of your videos and im going back and watching certain ones. This one has so much love in it. :) You can just feel the beauty of the day with this one. You can tell Kara took her time editing this one.
Ciao Ragazzi! that pizza looked so good and the setting was gorge!! I ain't ashamed of admitting that I was full on envious for a bit! I hope to visit Italia again soon!
When you're making the pizza dough make sure you keep the yeast separate from the salt before you mix it as salt will kill the yeast... hope this little tip helps.
preparing pasta, bread, pizza rolls are an Italian tradition. It is not a stress but relaxation. Choosing and preparing the ingredients is interesting and fun. It is the art of gastronomic culture. The difference between fast food and slow food is this. simple ingredients, freshness, imagination, time and passion. Unfortunately we live in an era where everything is fast. but thus we lose the true meaning of life. I like to see your videos, well done congratulations
Oh my, I just love you so much! I love watching the video's, but I also love seeing your beautiful happy faces. You guys always make my day. I haven't been on a summer holiday for 5 years now, simply because I can't afford it. I am basically working during the holidays. Watching your videos makes me feel like I am on an adventure for like 20 minutes. Keep making video's, I love your editing and content!! xx Rabia, from The Netherlands.
Wow, that was Awesome! love the view... Videos are so good now! love the drone footage! We will be in Sicily in November, but wish I could be spending time with Bob & Gina!
I was so into this! I love the longer vlog. Those pizzas look delish. I am off carbs...probably indefinitly so I have to live vicariously through others when it comes to pizza and pasta...and cake...
Watching some old vlogs because we're planning a trip to Italy and OMG, you guys have such thick southern accents just a few years ago! Amazing how things have changed. Also video and editing quality has improved 100x! So fun.
Hey Kara and Nate❤️last summer me and my family visited Italy and one of our stops was the small town of Canosa Sannita, we have family that lives here and they took us here to get wine for dinner and they brought in jugs similar to the ones you guys used to get wine from the tap. Instead of having a tap, this local wine place that looked just like the one you were at had giant barrels of wine with what looked like a gas pump to fill the jugs. So the lady filled up our jugs with wine just like you would fill a car with gas. That trip to Italy has opened me up to the world of travel and with the help of you guys has inspired me to, when im older ( i’m 14 from PA) , travel as much as possible and hopefully live in my favorite place on Earth, Cortina D’Ampezzo,Italy. Love you guys so much and hope you continue to travel the world and post more videos, stay healthy and safe❤️❤️
This was stunning. I've been following your adventures for a long time and I've seen every single episode and the content and light and framing in this was the best ever.
Visiting Italy has always been a dream of mine. This confirms my idea of going off the tourist spots and enjoying local foods and life. Love this video.
Tourists spots are too crowded especially june-september,if you want to enjoy my country to the fullest choose the countryside of any central Italian region, tuscany, marche, emilia romagna, umbria have all spectacular countrysides with charming and culturally rich little towns and the food is 10x better than in Rome or Florence and cheaper too, best period to go in my opinion late august mid november, autumn is really amazing there.
In the french countryside too, they sell wine per 5 litres at the very least! Which is why i so much love countryside living! People are much nicer too!
Once again a great video. The drone shots are just... WOW!!! It seems you are stucked in Italy and Le Marche for good. That's because you have perfect hosts AND a Vespa to drive around with.... :-D
Whatcing all your vlogs from the start, came to this now, and gotta say that after watching that view for a few vlogs. It's just absolutely amazing! Been to Italy several times, but never that region... might be there next :)
I'd take the country side of Italy any day over the big city. Don't get me wrong, Rome is on my bucket list but you can't beat the authentic part of Italy. So amazing!
Cities are more touristic, but not less authentic, just different. Rome wasn't created after tourism! Country side is another king of experience, more relaxed, but the big and the little are all connected together in a whole texture. You get the chance to choice and mix up the experience you want and you can afford. There are fantastic places all around every big city. But, of course, Italian towns don't make you miss cities (wich actually aren't so big), just because as european villages they are simply full of history surrounded by landscape views. ciao from Italy! 😎
You guys are so awesome together!! Very classy couple!! You have the most amazing videos on youtube. Your Everest videos were FANTASTIC!! Please don't stop with your VLOGS!
Bob and Gina are career, life, relationship and retirement goals :)

I feel like Bob and Gina need their own TH-cam channel to show off living in Italy! I seriously want to move to their town after watching these.
I have been looking everywhere for theirs! I guess they don’t?
Seriously…. This is one of my favorite episodes! I want to meet Bob and Gina and explore this incredible town!
Why can't we all live like that?? Must be heaven?
And what would politicians and investors live on? They would have to start working! poor
Gina and Bob are just the sweetest people! What did they do prior to moving there? Where they military or just retirees!? And how did they decide to retire there? It is stunning no doubt but how did they know about this place?

i have officially run out of superlatives to describe the scenery. wow, just wow.

Bob & Gina could easily have a lifestyle vlog!
i like the way he changed from weight to measuring when he saw how obsessed kara was with the weights but it was slowing them down
I feel I want to send Bob & Gina a gift for hosting us all!
My wife and I were at a conference in Recanati which is about an hour away from where your friends live. Epic drone shot!
Yay- you made it back without spilling a drop. Love you guys! Not just for that tho. 😁
Good, inexpensive wine was one of my favorite things about Italy. We had a carafe of the house vino rosso with almost every meal.
Whatcing all your vlogs from the start, came to this now, and gotta say that after watching that view for a few vlogs. It's just absolutely amazing! Been to Italy several times, but never that region... might be there next :)
I just love this portion of your adventure!!! A lifetime of memories. xo
