- Showing off with my 9060 100W CO2 LASER wich is now in my shop and will put him to some industrial work.

100W laser tube
up/down platform to focus the laser
5200 industrial chiller
air assist.
Ruida controller
Light burn, currently on trial but will buy the licence soon.

Hi danial. Thank you for the video. My laser on the way same as this one. I need to know can i cut 10mm wood or any material with more than one pass?
I cut beech plywood, 10mm in 2 passes. For 1 pass it needs maybe better lens with different focal length.

It works fine for over a year now. I have spare lens but didn't change them yet.
All I have to do is adjust the tube because there was a corner where it didn't cut perfectly.

Este o diferenta mare intre un k40 (chinezesc, luat de la europaper) si un laser Voiern, d.p.d.v al calitatii materialelor? Viteza de gravare si calitatea gravurii?

Nu cunosc niciunul din ele ca să zic exact. Exista grupul de Facebook taiere și gravare laser, sau cnc Romania, puteți pune întrebarea acolo. Am avut k40 de pr AliExpress, cel mai ieftin găsit, și am făcut treabă cu el aproape 1 an, l-am vândut funcțional după ce mi-am luat cel din video. Dar diferența între k40 și cel din imagine e de la cer la pământ
Foarte misto laserul, cu unul de asta m-as juca si eu :)

Just changed the tube power supply because was full of dust and got broken. After 1 year of no maintenance at all.
Hello 2 questions, 1) how much is it? 2) how many mm's per second when engraving?
Up to 600mm/s for good quality. I don't sell, don't know the price now. I paid 3000 Euro 2 Years ago
Salut Daniel! Doresc si eu sa achizitionez un laser de 100W si am o intrebare, aproximativ care este viteza cea mai mare cu care poti taia plywood de 3mm si/sau de 5mm?
Salut Andrei. Eu tai placaj de plop cu 30mm/s și 55/58 % putere.
Placaj de albasia de 6mm tai cu 18mm/s aceeași putere.
Hdf alb de 2.5 tai cu 22mm/s aceeași putere.
La placajul de 3 ar merge chiar mai repede dar mi se pare că se forțează prea mult partea mecanica la voteze mai mari de 30.
salut, ai si masa fagure? nu de alta dar pe la minutul 3, cand a inceput sa graveze pe distanta mai mare a inceput sa danseze placajul pe lamele:)

Eu nu lucrez in Corel dar majoritatea celor disponibile pe internet sunt proiecte pentru corel. Eu folosesc vectric aspire și pentru cnc și laser

Lightburn with license. Originally it came with Corel laser but I don't like how it runs.

Almost one year of intense use and no problem so far. Just one time I needed to adjust laser tube and mirrors. And i changed the exhaust fan with a bigger and powerful one. It's awesome for me

I have both types. Honeycomb one I don't use it at all, only on engraving part sometimes.
The best there is are the aluminum profiles with sharp top. The honeycomb reflects the laser beam and the material looks ugly underneath

No brand written on laser. Generic Chinese brand I guess

No brand on it, only the ruida controller is branded, the rest are no name components from China.

Vad ca folositi aceasta masina de gravat de aprox. 7 luni de zile. Sunteti multumit de aparat? Ati avut ceva probleme la el? Sunteti multumit de vanzator, asigura si service si piese in caz de nevoie?
Ma gandesc si eu sa-mi iau una de hobby si as fi foarte recunoscator daca mi-ati da cateva raspunsuri.

Sunt foarte mulțumit. Nu am avut nici un fel de problemă. Singura chestie ar fi ventilatorul ce scoate fumul, e subdimensionat și nu face față. După un timp a început să facă zgomote urâte. L-am înlocuit cu un ventilator de tubulatura de la Brico. E foarte bun și nu am nimic de reproșat.

Va multumesc foarte mult si ma bucur de raspunsurile pozitive.
Vânzătorul a fost ok, livrarea a durat puțin mai mult din cauza problemelor de transport și crizei de containere și toate cele. Dar a venit, l-a instalat, mi-a explicat cum funcționează și de atunci merge foarte bine.
Salut Daniel, in pretul ala ai si chillerul inclus? Cam ce consum are in total masinaria?
Da, totul era inclus în preț. Nu am măsurat consumul, dar nu a crescut mare lucru față de cand nu era laserul in funcțiune.
Sub ce cod caen intra jucaria asta da poti sa mi spui te rog?
Nu exista un cod caen exclusiv pt laser. Eu mi-am pus 1629 ca și cod principal înainte să am laserul. Vedeți pe grupul de FB taiere și gravare laser, sunt o grămadă de opinii cu privire la codurile caen. Ar merge și 1812 având în vedere că 1629 trebuie autorizație de mediu.
Am inteles, am sa dau o geana. Multumesc mult si apropo in va poate da domnu de pe olx o bere ca prin dvs am ajuns sa achizitionez unul si acuma vineri ajunge😁

De aia e Air assist și pentru a evita focul. Am tăiat până acum 6mm fara probleme. Pentru grosimi mari trebuie alt tip de lentila din ce mi-a spus vânzătorul

Great video. Do you know who the original manufacturer is? This looks like a Voiern 9060. I just ordered one here in the US and have been looking for information.
I don't know the manufacturer. It works wonderful so far.

75l/min Air pump. Silent and can manage. Didn't had a problem so far with it.

How thick MDF can it cut??
I only cut from 3 to 6mm, plywood and MDF
Like I wanted to buy the same machine in 100w provided it cuts 6mm MDF easily.
