It doesn’t matter what bike you’re riding; once you get moving at speed there is always wind resistance trying to push you. If you tuck yourself behind your windscreen, no matter how small, it will make your bike a more aerodynamic object and therefore have a little less resistance cutting through the wind. So yes, anytime you’re ripping and going full out, hitting any triple digits speeds you should try and tuck yourself in as best you can.

I used to tuck on my 300 when I had one. I was tucking on the highway because of the wind. I thought it was comical, but it was definitely necessary. Now I have a 650 class bike. Now I can tuck comfortably. Ride Wild!

Wind resistance is a MFer. On a 3-400 it can take your top speed from 120 to 100. I never noticed it at slower speeds when I had one, but i'm sure it slows acceleration as well.
