Also, when you are building a kitchen, usually you want your island to be facing your cooking range so when you go for your pots and pans, it’s right behind you
I toured the new development on the hill in Washougal a few weeks ago. It is nice, but they should have spaced out the properties a bit more and included swimming pools. There are ample opportunities to swim during the warmer months. April through October. That neighborhood is definitely safe and secluded, though. No zombies making their way up there.
@@envAmerica Having a decent lot is rare with new construction! Thanks for watching. Are you window shopping or making a purchase in this market of opportunity?
Also, you gotta worry about if all the bedrooms are upstairs for resale or for the house to keep it value anywhere it’s better to have an elevator in case someone’s old or case someone’s handicap
Also, you want your garage door to be right next to the kitchen entry or your entrance from your garage door. Should be leave to your kitchen because I’m in with groceries. You don’t have to walk across.
Also bro, I think you’re doing a great job. I’m just a builder so I’m just giving you a pointer. Hope you don’t take it the wrong way cause I think you’re doing a good job man. Great video!
Washougal is my stomping grounds. So crazy to see how it’s developed over the years.
