Ingredients for 4 people:
700 Gr Frozen Cod
300 Gr Tomato puree
3-4 Medium Potatoes
1 Small Onion
20 Olives in brine
25 Desalted Capers
1/2 glass of milk
Water to taste
Parsley to taste
Extra virgin olive oil to taste
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

It only takes a few minutes for the cod to give flavor and aroma to the broth. Dish that is very similar to the "Messinese-style ghiotta fish" an exquisite Sicilian dish, but of course the timing and some ingredients change. Perfect at any time of the year, healthy and quite economical too.
