    Water temperature 93 degrees, water volume 240g.
    After an extremely short blooming time,
    Pour in a circular motion until about half of the total water volume, wait until it drains.
    Then, perform the second pour.
    This extends the total extraction time.

    I think it's more balanced now. There's a bit more sweetness and aftertaste, and the thickness has increased slightly.
