    Maybe a hot take: I hate starting with a loud out. Starting off with a gun that your going to use for the whole game makes the mystery box and wall buys kind of redundant. At least give us an option called "classic mode" surely it wouldn't be that hard.

      indifferent to spawning with whatever but attachments imo is what should be removed
      pack a punch should be what gives you attachments the fact that you can not only spawn with whatever gun but supe it up was what made the loadout system so easy and ruined unique paps like dual wield variants of guns

    I agree with what you said about my comment. I think that zombies should always launch with an “easy” and “hardcore map”. That is a win for everyone involved. Even as a more hardcore fan at this point, I sometimes enjoy playing an easy map just to be able to chill. Also I’d be fine with having a gamemode like you said for sure.

    I actually agree heavily with your take on health bars. I would much prefer a system like in Doom Eternal where you can see chunks of flesh flying off the enemies as they get closer to dying.

    Zombie healthbars are whatever for me but healthbars for the player is something that is huge. The amount of stuff in zombies that you couldn’t really tell was seriously hurting you until it was too late was insane (Looking at you Panzer Flamethrower) The damage screen system we had just didn’t work with a lot of enemies that were introduced.

    I really don’t want salvage to return, but leaks and rumors say it is (plus salvage was visible in the recent trailer).
    I think it hurts co-op games in Cold War. Because armor and gun rarity upgrades rely on it, it’s difficult to actually upgrade your gun and armor in co-op games, when four people are all fighting to grab the salvage that randomly falls out of zombies. Considering the zombie damage increases by rounds, you may not have good armor or gun rarity by round 20 when they’re starting to hit you harder.
    I could probably count on my two hands how many times I actually played co-op games on Cold War (random lobbies or with friends). It’s just a better experience solo when there’s no one else taking your salvage that you earned and need. Frankly, going back to the old point system could allow you to just purchase the gun rarity and armor upgrades.
    In general, the upgrade system sucks because if I need to do it mid-round I don’t wanna have to scroll through a menu while zombies are swarming me.

      I’d rather have salvage than stupid gobblegums, because at least salvage requires patience and scales with the game as it progresses. Gobblegums are the biggest hindrance in co-op and public lobbies

    The perk limit definitely needs to be added back. I was thinking it should be bumped up to a 6 perk limit. 4 seems too small at this point.

    Rarity system is stupid. People cried about PaP in bo4. (I think it was the best PaP ever) because we needed to pap 5x in total. Cold war you need to PaP 3x and you have the rarity above that. Cold war is Soulless

      @@ghostramen7002 rarity isn’t stupid. What I meant was. Rarity system is a good concept but salvage isn’t. Salvage ruins the rarity system.
      Bo4 PaP is simple.
      You just need 15k.
      The system worked well.
      Is they were to remove double tap, that was the best way of doing it.
      Yet people compare it to freaking exo zombies PaP…

    The Chaos storyline should never have been in B04, BO4 should just have been about fully wrapping up the story from WaW-B03, rather than jumping between a story about to end and a story just beginning
    I'm not saying Chaos is bad but it should have been saved for a year 2 or future game so we could have full focus on the ending of the current zombie storyline

    I hate health bars it takes me out of the immersion. Horrible addition. Like you said the arm is all you need to know its weak.

    Seriously though, would love to see a perk system where it compliments your playstyle.
    They can still have the Cold War perk system, but also have another mechanic with more specialized abilities.
    But, that could be a lot lol

    I really like what you said at 10:15. I REALLY like those super simple maps like town and the black ops 2 tranzit maps, so i really hope they add those type of maps again.

    I see the original post so I'm gonna leave my hot take here. Cold war zombies has my favorite mechanics of any mode, it's just the maps that are lacking. If they use cold war as the mechanical foundation, but have maps with the visual flair and complexity as bo3 and 4 maps it will be my favorite mode most likely

      Also, only semi-related, but I would love to see something like a classic mode. Start with a 1911, have no weapon rarities, just make pap stronger, 4 perk limit, and classic point system. Would be really cool

    I think they should make it to were if you want to open/ access the cw wonderfizz you have to pay maybe like 3000 points upfront then be able then be able to buy any perk from it, itll give u an insensitive to learn the perk locations but still allow pp to get perks from the fizz but have to pay more

    This might be an unpopular idea, but I think combining cold war's and vanguard's perk systems would be an interesting innovation for zombies. For example, you can only buy the perk when you first play the game. But have cold war's "out-of-match" progression system with the upgrade tiers and have vanguard's system of applying those upgrades in-game only when you have them unlocked. I feel like this would be a nice compromise where it gives you the incentive to keep playing the game to unlock your perk upgardes while at the same time not starting a match at the highest tier unlocked and you have to buy your way to that said tier in-game. Thus, this gives you freedom to choose what perks you want to upgrade if you grinded your way to unlock them.

    I don't agree with the opinion about how BO4 had 4 maps so Black Ops 6 needs more at launch because the community literally complained about how many maps we had saying it was too much like y'all ruined it

    16:46 BO4 actually did have both shield and armor, when you activate specialist you get 50% armor which is equal to half health, and the stone cold stronghold perk would let you charge up to 50% armor as well

    I agree with the loadout system you said because me personally I like trying to get all the zombie camos and the loadout system makes you pick the gun you want to level up and get camos for, however it is too easy spawning in with the gun you want I would much prefer just trying to find your weapon or do a side quest like you said so the progression to get it feels rewarding.

    Biggest thing to get rid of the whole salvage system and just bring back double tap 2.0 and have armor being picked up like warzone from zombies and its only 2 or 1/2 hits because it would be balanced if they don't want to do the shield im just saying the zombies community is getting tired of this trend just get rid of 80% of cold war/mw3 and vanguard features also decrease the amount of points you need to buy perks and pack a punch way to much It seems like treyarch keeps on increasing it every single title and if they still want to do loadouts then make it limited not every single weapon and you can use cold wars. Apply a blueprint feature to make weapons outside the menu but they are locked. Can't bring them in with you.

      Exactly the amount of grinding you had to do to get PAP 3, legendary rarity, and then full armour was ridiculous. They should make it where you can pick up armour off armoured zombies. Let the point system only be towards perks and PAP. But there’s small details in the trailer that hint salvage will be back in BO6, maybe it’ll be different. I hope at least.

    My biggest gripe with cold war was the random attachments. I want certain attachments for my guns, and it just sucks when you but a weapon and you don't even know what all it has on it.

    i feel like they should bring back perk limit, just up it a lil to 5 or 6 instead of 4 and give us ways of getting more by doing some sidequests. that way we earn our extra perks, they wonderfizz can give random perks again which is way better imo

    What cod needs to do is have a base gameplay system like BO2 or BO1 and then it can add a new cool gimmick and maybe do one more off of that, but then it can go back and start a new branch off the tree and do a new gimmick or two differently.

    My idea with armor/shield is that you should have access to both as well as being able to upgrade them but the more protection you have, the slower you move. You wanna have fully upgraded shield and plates and down in 15 hits? Great, enjoy moving at a snail's pace. It's how EXO survival worked to an extent (underrated mode btw)

    I agree so much with just turning MP maps into survival maps instead of onslaught. I think that would be better and would take similar if not even less dev time to do.

      Damn i just do not agree. I think it would be cool if they made maps for that purpose but on multiplayer maps i disagree. I think the rules of onslaught make it worth hoping on casually and although i do like playing onslaught on multiplayer maps it's more of an arcade mode and not a true round based survival map.

    I think part of the reason they make new cods so catered to casual players is so younger kids will be able to learn and do things and play more. Alot of media is catered to kids now.

    I think that instead of packing a gun three times and getting an ammo mod, you should pack it once and then buy two ammo mods which then combine effects in unique ways, allowing for creative combinations which can be novelty oriented or completely change your playstyle.
    I came up with this idea a while back. The combo effects could be rarer to get but more powerful or be less powerful but somewhat consistent. Maybe napalm and brainrot could produce a zombie that kills others but leaves a trail of fire that damages other zombies. Maybe cryo and shatter blast could create an explosion that freezes entire hordes at once but it is hard to get. Some stuff like that.
    Thoughts?

    I hate that people say "free maps" or "free dlc" we've paid for the maps by buying the game. Paid dlc shouldn't come back they should give devs more time and budget and give people what they've paid for. It's a AAA game with a premium price tag we should be getting a premium product.

      completly disagree as we have seen by cold war without paid dlc it doesnt incentivise creative new quality maps, When we had paid dlc we got maps like grod krovi because activision gave zombies more resources as there is incentive to activision

      @ShreddedGenius I get what your saying the old paid dlc maps were way more polished but I just don't think if your paying upwards of 70 dollars for a game thats on a yearly life cycle every dlc should be free. They get more from micro-transactions than they ever got from paid dlc.

    With how beloved the storylines of treyarch zombies is, my opinion will be agreed upon by few. But I never did like zombies being biblical, extraterrestrial, or spanning universes which is strictly cod zombies. I love failed experiments or a reason of biology. Ww2 had me loving the story, until we went to Antarctica. I’d probably love ww2 more, if there were more of that scientists videos or more backstory to the zombies. I solemnly hope bo6 reboots the story and make it as my preferences stated prior.

    The Free DLC sucking is insanely true. When we paid we were promised 4 maps and they had incentive to make the maps better to sell them for people who waited and bought packs separately , I’d take a season pass back every day of the week sadly our money talked more then anything else

      Paying 70-80 bucks for the game itself and then another 50 for the DLCs is really bad, specially with how little Activision likes to reduce prices (BO3 + Chronicles is still €70) it makes content less accessible.

      Well there was only one game with free zombies DLC (there’s no such thing as Vanguard) and it was made during the pandemic, CW was rushed and the developers didn’t have enough time to make unique new maps.

      @@TwoStepCowboys I'm not sure because i haven't played anything past BO3 for this very reason, i refuse to pay €70 or €80 for only a campaign (wich wasn't even the case on BO4), a generic and rigged MP that i won't even touch and just a few zombie maps. I get that quality is important but there also has to be a good content/price ratio

    I really miss the complex and difficultly of the Easter eggs were back in bo2-bo4. I really love how you figure out how to do those Easter eggs and paying attention to small details that would actually tell the background to each map and story. Right now it’s just too easy and not exactly fun In my opinion. I believe doing this would bring more life and personality to the map. That’s the way I loved shadows of evil and even such as Gorod krovi. It added the difficulty and personality to each map.

    Catering to casuals is a process but for mp rhe harsh truth is zombies has become majorly successful since cw.
    Jev said it best "i didint hate zombies but i would have never touched zombies because its just too complicated"

      If maps like Kino, The Giant, etc are to complicated for you, should you really play the game mode? Also I don’t remember Jev really uploading that much zombies anyway. Maybe a bit more than before but he’s a multiplayer fan who mainly plays multiplayer. If it’s maps as simple as the Giant are too complicated for them they should just stick to the Warzone and multiplayer.

That's personally why i don't understand the community hype for the information we have on bo6. i don't think it'll be a vanguard or a mwz but it's not going to look like what we had before and what we miss, the best chance of that is custom bo3 at this point.

    Something about Cold War zombies is that some people don't get that it turns more into a rouge lite and not zombies. I loved the changes, upgrading perks, upgrading weapon schematics, upgrading weapon mods, and upgrading field upgrades. I loved all that, why? Bc I'm a huge rouge lite fan, but playing since the old days of zombies, that's not what zombies should be. I would love it if it stayed that way, but knowing what zombies are supposed to be, it shouldn't. It's a strategic and zombie horde game. Not a last as long as you can and upgrade stuff to last longer. You last longer by getting better, not by making your equipment better by upgrading it.
    I love the new changes, but it's not what zombies should be aiming for. It's not a rouge lite and it never should be

    I think a 6 Perk Limit is the best, keep your four crutch perks (Jug, DT, QR, Stamin-Up) and have the last two for your different loadouts and playstyles

    21:00 yeah weapon kits from bo3/bo4 where one of the best ways to add gun customization to our game and let us there also put on a blueprint alongside attachments. And also scrap the idea of weaponloadouts at the start of the game to have more in game pogression and motivate us to use things like wallbuys and box more.

    I normally agree with your takes but the “side quest” thing is a no from me. I’m all for having things to do in zombies aside from training, but having to look up a TH-cam guide to upgrade something outside of the main Easter egg never sits well with me. Average people will never know it exists so they have less fun, and for people who know how to do them, it becomes monotonous doing them every time.

      I never said the side quests should be impossible to figure out without a guide, I just want as many side quests included. Complex ones too. But being solvable without a guide is fine by me.
      But even then, I personally don't mind spending 2 minutes looking up a guide. Usually you just look it up once, and you'll probably remember it forever. But I get why others don't wanna bother with that. They are optional regardless.

    I’ve never enjoyed the whole “rarity” system it’s just due too the fact when you get a super good gun early game and it gives a false idea on keeping the guns for high rounds until you realize a pistol his stronger than your giant LMG that shoots high caliber bullets. Then reusing the box for the same gun for the higher tier or using salvage to upgrade said weapon. Including it just removes the excitement of hitting the box and screaming “OH I GOT THE DINGO”.     Idk if it’s a hot take but I miss the fear with zombies. Spawning in with nothing but a pistol and surviving waves of zombies was so satisfying. Especially when you would be rewarded with pap and wonder weapons. At every point during a Cold War Game u feel no fear. You have everything you need and more (which story wise made sense but the gameplay suffered for it). I remember my first few games of Kino were so scary and when you finally got pap it felt so rewarding. I always thought bo3 was pushing the limits of what was too easy but Cold War was like 10x easier. Cold War is just so tedious with armor and rarity upgrades and it feels like I’m going through the motions.

      I honestly think people don't know what personality looks like anymore. With Cold War being one of the most thematically themed zombie modes (not dissing bo3 bo2 or bo1 here, but those games was all over the place) Cold war takes the Arcade shooter title and RUNS with it. The perk system screams freedom and the weapon rarities give life to weapons that would have suffered majorly in the first place. Also the pack system (while being in a menu, treyarch please don't do that again) the 3 pack levels was very nice and played well with the other systems in play. Also Cold War only becomes "the easiest zombies mode" when you have everything upgraded.

      In some cases, limiting the player does add to personality. Which obviously fun is subjective, I get it makes it less fun for you, but not for everyone.
      Just as an example, having every single gun on every map takes away some personality guns used to have when they only showed up on some maps (PPSh on GK or Marshal-16 on ZNS just some examples). Obviously this is technically limiting the player because if the PPSh was on every map, there would be more opportunities to use it. But then GK loses a special thing about the map, in having a unique gun such as the PPSh, which also fits better with that map more than any other map due to its setting.
      I have no problem with having ways to play zombies where it goes full sandbox and you can just go crazy with no limits BUT it shouldn't be the main way to play the mode. Natural progression just works better in my opinion. Like look at Minecraft... they separated Survival and Creative mode for a reason.
      I'd argue Cold War is already very easy from the get-go, but yes, the upgrades make it the easiest by far (which the upgrades are very easy and fast to get)
      And I can't agree with CW being one of the most "thematically themed" zombies games. Sure, it has a theme, but it's a very simple militaristic theme with some sci-fi elements but not nearly as much as the older games. I personally loved how unique each map was in the games before CW, with very different themes that worked together in a larger lore. Not that it was always perfect, but to me, that had a lot more personality.
      We can agree to disagree of course, I appreciate you sharing your opinion.

      @@gaaraofthefunk265 Which BO3 easter eggs are a "glorified fetch quest" (other than the one rock stop on Revelations)... there's more "fetch quest" type steps in Cold War tbh lmaoo. Most of Cold War's easter eggs are just going back and forth between places, either shooting something or hold x on something. My love for BO3 also has absolutely nothing to do with gobblegums. Those were actually my least favorite part of the game.

      The reason people said cold war had no personality wasn't intrinsically because of the gameplay, but a later factor that suffered because of the foundation being lackluster. Boring operators with little to no voice or story as to the previously named and fleshed out characters with a real story that you followed. The locations ranged from gritty and real to fantastical and otherworldly, to a mix of both. In Cold War, you have grey facility pretending to be a throwback, brown facility, then black/red facility, and then FINALLY a semi interesting map that was also part grey facility. And then you had outbreak, big grey map with facilities and boring buildings scattered around. In BO1, you saw the pentagon, mayan temples, a Russian launch site and the moon. In bo2 you saw buildings turned upside down in Shang Hai, a western town underground, famous prisons and the trenches of WW1. And i don't even need to elaborate on Bo3 or bo4 (as mid as bo4 was). Even at its worst in bo4 where everything fell apart there was still cool shit happening, like the entire chaos map pool. I went from having real feelings for the franchise even when they were bad, to feeling apathetic at best when they push this pseudo warzone slop. Scrap CAN be cool, but the way it's done is so bare bones that i don't feel like they even tried. Weapon rarities and dropping box guns on the floor, again could have been done cool, but still just feels like a warzone thing than a zombies thing. I like that they really tried to go back to the arcade shooter vibes, but they either should have gone all in and really done it better, or not done it at all. And they should do away with that operator boring story bullshit, i don't care about these campaign-tier characters showing up. I'm not asking for them to resurrect the old crew and not change anything, i just want them to do something more than this milquetoast, sterile shit. It looks like we might be doing better this time around for BO6 but I'm not holding my breath until it's actually out

    i think all upgrades should be in game, imagine having to start barebones, like a level 1 in cold war, and being able to get every upgrade during the match, almost like how in vanguard you buy a perk multiple times to get each upgrade. go down and instead of having to buy back 8 perks you gotta buy back 40. upgrading your knife and field upgrade in game somehow, always gives you something to strive toward when you play the game, instead of in cold war where you get most of your upgrades outside of a match and only have to get them once and you have them forever and youre just always op

    a perk limit would actually be so fire. Even just a 5 perk limit. I get it there's crutch perks... but at the end of the day, especially now they have tombstone, it's more fun having the choice of how you wanna play each match instead of always going for every perk and becoming a super soldier

    I like salvage a lot but the spawn rates were ridiculously slow. I say, make MORE things purchasable through salvage and up the drop rate a lot. That way, you COULD get a legendary weapon by round 15 or even earlier, but you have to focus on it instead of using the salvage to upgrade other things

      @@mrclutchy420 I liked the crafting, the shield mechanic, and the weapon tiers. Gives you something to do when you already have the best stuff. Like if you had two wonderweapons, it felt kinda boring because there was nothing else you could do apart from pap ing both of em. I’m in the camp that being OP is NOT what makes zombies fun, I think the BUILDING UP to being op is fun, and salvage is just another system that you can build things up with throughout the match

    9:18 I agree that they should stop catering to casuals. They don't need to make the maps super challenging like Blundell did, but "balancing" the casual experience by making zombies hit harder in later rounds is not the solution. Juggernog should not go from 5 hit down to 1.
    Chaos storyline should return so we can get more interesting/fantastical maps.

    potentially unpopular opinion. build the dark aether story into a new aether story. at the end of BO4 we ended the multiverse. in the end of Cold War. we know samantha and rictofen are there. we should go find the rest of the crew to restart the aether story with this new versions of our beloved characters.

    A good majority of fan favorite waw and b01 maps were reskined mp or campaign maps. Just because theyre copied doesnt mean theyre bad. Huge misconception.

      WaW and BO1 was over 14 years ago. Our standards are different today. Plus, the only maps in those games that are actually reused completely are Nacht, Verruckt, parts of Der Riese, and Five. Shi No Numa and Ascension take place in similar locations to an MP map but the layout is completely different. And BO1 still has like 4 other maps that are completely original. Yet, 4 of the 6 round-based maps that came out in the last 4 years are almost a completely reused location from another mode... that's why it's a problem. And again, it's the 2020s, zombies has existed for many years and we've had games with plenty of original maps at this point, so our standards are different.
      I never said reused location = bad map, I just said it's a problem.

    Wonder weapons: take inspiration from Sker Ritual and the God Killer Wonder Weapon and make is so that you can only get that type of wonder weapon by doing the all Easter Egg quests and not that dumb MR6 reward you got from completing BO3 Zombies easter eggs

    Not gonna lie. I am a hardcore player and complex maps could matter less to me. I’d rather play a map like die machine instead of dead of the night. We talk about what the old school style of zombies is all the time and simple maps was that style. Making maps simple is not casual maps they are what maps used to be. Complex maps weren’t introduced until the end of bo2.

      Tbh I don't like the classic zombies modes as much as BO3 and BO4. When I talk about classic zombies, it's usually more about mechanics and the feel, not necessarily the lack of complexity. BO2 was only the 3rd zombies mode ever and that's when maps starting having more complex features. I could even argue BO1 had some complex EE steps on maps like Shangri-La. But I do see what you mean, I just care a lot more about having a lot of things to do on the map. Simple maps get stale kind of quick for me. I loved WaW/BO1 back in the day cuz that was 14 years ago... I wouldn't enjoying playing new maps like that today anymore.

      @@Xpertfusion understandable. also, one thing that shouldn't be forgotten is that mechanics in zombies always came from multiplayer. perks, specialists, shield all came from multiplayer with the respective game it came out with. shield was added to bo2 when then went to zombies. specialists came to bo3 then went to zombies, perks in waw were almost copy and paste to zombies. i understand that warzone isnt a fan favorite, but the getting mechanics from a different mode and throwing it in zombies is nothing new at all. saying that zombies is like warzone when zombies has always had very similar mechanics to mp is odd. just with a different personality and changed to fit zombies. the problem is cold war zombies has little personality and that shows the mechanics in its barest of bones.

    for the DLC point i'd like to mention that I don't think it's clear whether the DLC being free is the reason why the maps don't feel as deep as they used to. We also have to keep in mind that the 3 games that has had zombies, cold war, vanguard and mwIII were all rushed games to begin with. Like not just the mode but the game as a whole, and we all know zombies is never the first thing to be developed so in reality they probably had very little time to develop such fresh and deep maps. It's like they had almost no choice. I mean if you look at MWZ even whether you like it or don't, it's easy to realize that a 99% of the mode is reused stuff form warzone, dmz and cold war which makes sense since mwIII was made in 16 months.
    I think bo6 will be the ultimate test as to if it's the DLC being free is the issue or if it's the less time to develop that's the issue

    The prestige system you mentioned 100% it should be different progression levels but not for guns like you said because if not it could be easier to level up on zombies like in CW and all the MP people will just jump on zombies for that and like you said takes away the “oh damn he got that level just on zombies” and having different prestige icons than MP will be the cherry on top because I like progressing on both separately as it is its own game mode.

    I hate to say it, but onslaught was actually fun the way it is. There's different types like containment and mystery munitions, i could go into detail but this comment is just to say i surprisingly enjoyed onslaught how it was and don't want just some barebones survival maps on multiplayer maps.

      What aspects of Onslaught do you think would be taken away from just a regular survival map? Could those elements still be included even on a barebones survival map? Only thing I can think of are the random rewards you get at the end of each round, but they could still find a way to put that in. Or tbh, why not have both Onslaught and regular survival? Definitely room for both

    Bring back character and maps with personality. Every zombies map since cold war has had no personality or general vibe/theme. Think shaddows, mob, origins, moon, der eisendrache, even dead of the night and all of bo4 had this. Its what blundell was best at. These crazy extravagant maps all had their own unique personality.

    25:30 in Sker Ritual you can turn off EVERYTHING. Gun damages, zombies health, boss health, fog, hit marks, etc. They killed it. The only thing missing is more guns.

      @@mrclutchy420 Okay, the game is clunky as hell, sometimes the camera spazzes out when you touch corners, there's barely any weapons, and the ones that are in the game feel slow and unresponsive, boss spawn objectives can spawn in areas that you haven't opened up, boss spawn objectives can spawn a million miles away from you, making it actually impossible to reach them in time, the miracles system is not explained in-game, you gotta look it up, not losing your perks when you get downed makes it not feel like a big consequence, Abraham is way too tanky and isn't even a threat, literally just a bullet sponge, the lightning wonderweapon is far too easy to obtain, all the ammo boxes remove the ammo management skill from the game, the silent ones feel like inflatable dolls the way you can just push through them like it's nothing, even when you're cornered by many of them, the fire explody guys can instadown you if you kill one of them up close and it explodes the other ones nearby, the maps are too big with not enough content in each room, they just add a whole section to the map for each easter egg step, there's no indicator for where lucky the dog is like the blue beam in the sky from cod zombies, so you're left to search in this huge ass map to find the box, pap is way too expensive, to the point where you basically need the half-off powerup to afford any of the higher tier pap upgrades, the half-off should save you money when you get it, it shouldn't be required to fully pap your guns. There are multiple melee weapons you can get from lucky and almost all of them are far worse than your base melee with a miracle, making these weapons pointless filler, which is bad considering there's already hardly any guns, once you get your gun papped a couple times, there's basically no going back because pap is so damn expensive that you'll never be able to afford papping another gun, and after you do the easter egg and you start just trying to survive, you realize how boring the survival aspect of the game truly is.
      Don't get me wrong, I love Sker Ritual, but people are willingly overlooking it's million glaring issues just because they're starved for zombies content

      The miracle system isn’t explained in game.
      Okay? And? The gobblegum system is explained in game? The perk system is explained in game? The PaP is explained in game? (You’re reaching so hard to find things to say) The Miracles are explain IN DEPTH in the menu just like every feature in a game. Its in the menu.
      Not loosing your perks when going down. (I agree, we shouldn’t keep them), but that isn’t an issue (like 80% of what you talked about) its just how it is. Its like saying AAT are too overpower and that’s an issue. No it ain’t, you just don’t like it.
      Abraham is way to tanky and isn’t a threat.

      Der Eisendrache you can get The best bow in under 5 rounds. I agree its to easy to get, but is it considered an issue? No.
      Ammo boxes ruin the ammo management skill from the game. I agree but once again its not an issue. (Also calling that a skill is wild AF)
      The silent ones can be ran throught. I agree this is an issue sometimes it will block you and sometimes it won’t.
      The fire dude can damage you if you’re too close to him. How TF is that a bad thing? (It won’t one shot you if you have jugg.)
      The maps are too big with not enough content in each room. Subjective.
      There is no indicator for lucky the dog so you need to find him. There is also 2-3 locations per map.😂 keep crying. Literally took me 10 rounds to find him the first time I played hotel. I enjoyed that!
      Pap is too expensive. Yeah it is, but is it an issue when the half n half powerup exists? I don’t think so. ( If you want to do the ee rapido presto, you just need to PaP once during and another time before Boss fight)
      The melee weapons are filler and they feel worst than your normal knife.
      1000% you never upgraded one above tier 3.

      Once your guns are PaP a couple time you won’t be able to do it again with another gun. Fake news. Of course you could😂.
      After you complete the EE and try to survive you realise just how boring the survival aspect really is. That’s how EVERY high round ever work.
      70-80 of what you said is subjective to you. Therefore they aren’t issues.
      Im not a Sker fanboy. But I’ve played enough to know a couple issues and those you listed aren’t.
      My issues.
      1st. Not enough weapons.
      2nd. The voicelines are garbage.
      3rd. (It only happened twice) You can get stuck in the walls or no clip through the map when sliding and jumping in tight corridors.
      4th. Miracles are too strong once you max them out.
      5th. There is no Music EE :(. (That’s not an issue tho)
      When you said that perks should be lost I agreed, but the game gives you difficulties for a reason. If you find the game too easy (like i do) just play in Nightmare difficulty.
      I completed the whole game in Nightmare and got to round 100 on nightmare.
      Some things are objectively poorly made/designed and some are subjective. Anything subjective shouldn’t be labeled as an issue unless the Majority feels the same.
      Its just a different game…
      Im looking forward to the next map that’s coming out soon.

    Also, yes, I'm only partway through completing all the Cold War maps right now, but the campaign connections are driving me nuts! Okay, so Kravchenko is here, and Kravchenko appeared in the Cold War campaign. So are the events of Cold War's campaign now Zombies canon? In addition, Cold War was advertised as a direct sequel to the original Black Ops, being set after those events with Mason, Woods, and Hudson. So is the Black Ops 1 campaign Zombies canon now too? And to take it even further, BO2 and 3 (and debatably 4 if you completed the Specialist HQ) all tie back to the original Black Ops as well! So is the entire Black Ops storyline technically Zombies canon now?? If Cold War and BO6 were alternate timelines or new universes like the new Modern Warfares were, then it'd be easier to accept, but since they're intentionally tying them directly to Black Ops 1 and 2, I can't help but end up asking these questions when campaign connections are made. Not to mention taking it the other way too, and remembering that Dark Aether takes place after the events of Aether. Maybe I'm just overthinking it, but yes, I agree that the campaign characters and universe, and the zombies characters and universe should remain as completely separate and unassociated entities.

    I need them to bring steam workshop support to bo6 not having easily accessible custom maps suck. Also maybe bring in multiple team to work on zombies map have an easy map for casuals and a hard map for the fans.

    Maybe make the armor similar to the WW2 system, give it an extra 2 - 4 hits before breaking. Either offer a way to repair it or craft it again with scrap.

    Unpopular idea, why can’t we start the map with pistols I dislike the idea that you could start a game like cw with a shotgun and that’s the gun you use the entire game with like a wonder weapon

    I'll probably say mwz isn't as bad as most say, and I'll admit I loved dmz. Honestly, I hope they don't scrap it, and let us play private, but keep the adding rpg element into the game mode.

    Hot take especially for micro transaction haters, I think the zombies community as a whole is overreacting about the gobblegum system for no reason. The system has never been bad. Bo3 was the worst offender because of slow earn rates and dashboarding to save gums however BOTH of those issues were fixed in bo4. It’s like if people see there is a way to purchase Gobblegums and then they immediately trash the system.

    i liked the rarity system in cold war except the salvage part, i enjoyed being able to use the weapons i wanted that are more unique or would have normaly been trash, as an example i didnt enjoy that the sheiva in bo3 was bad and not really usable but guns like the tec-9 wich would have been trash where saved by the rarity system in my opinion, i love that most guns at least did their own thing for the most part but where still usable in cold war.

    26:50 Yes, quality is better than quantity. Like bo4 had 4, but tbh only 1 of them are really good the rest are mid or lower. Look at bo3. Had 2 at launch and one is one of the best ever made and the other is still really good as it is a remake

    If people are so bothered about them making the game towards casuals why can’t they make a hardcore mode for hardcore players and a casual mode for casuals

    I don't think you understood my take but that's probably my bad because I formulated it wrong and too short. It's more that I would like a starting pistol but if I had to choose, what we had in bo4 but especially in ww2 would be miles better than a cw/vanguard/mwz solution.

    Technically the chaos story doesn’t exist anymore because the ather storyline ended with the multiverse collapsing and as far as I know the chaos story is included in the multiverse which like I said collapsed so yeah If it is included we are not going anywhere the chaos story

    Please make the base hud better even though we can customize it. You should load into zombies with no minimap less hud items and a better touchpad screen. Also no compass or health bars and make the zombie kill points be where your points are on the hud and not a giant text feed in the middle of the screen like cold war. Add more colors to maps and stop making every map a boring multiplayer feeling facility. Where are the extravagant fantasy esk type of maps

    I love og zombies but please people let’s be real. Everyone is glad about multiplayer changing even though mw2019 killed the franchise in that way since sbmm but zombies changing is a problem.

    BO3 was the perfect balance of casual and hardcore, if you wanted to just play zombies for rounds you can! if you want to do the easter egg you can! if you want to enjoy the ridiculous overpowered stuff you gotta work for that stuff! we need to go back to the BO3 design system i feel it was the closest to perfection for zombies we have ever seen

    I hope they put in a new classic style nazis zombies map. Similar to how blacks ops released kino which was planned to be part of waw, simple, scary, gory, maybe it could be placed in Russia as we only got Japanese and Japanese maps in waw.

    It's always a hit or a mess the sum of the maps of the zombie games that's just my honest opinion but I'm really hoping for Transit remastered at least I hope it gets remastered remastered with new Easter eggs a better map with it
