Easy way to make sure they don't get any water or anything in them would be take some lens silicone (any you can find) and add an extra layer right around the edges of the lenses. Adds extra protection

If you reseal those clears they last a lot longer, had some Amazon clears for my cateye and resealed them and never had any moisture issues for years.
