The one with the magnapacks blows the tires off in first and chirps em into third. That's nuts to me. I can barely get the tires to spin popping the clutch on my wife's truck. I think that truck sounded the best in my opinion.
I can do a burnout on all terrain 35s with 264k miles on a stock internal tbi.... without braking, just at a stop. Maybe your truck needs work done to it
Any 90's GM V8 pick-up ive driven (4 of them, aged between, 92 - 99) Will chew @ 2.5 -- 4 complete Tire revolutions or more before traction occurs if abrupt 100% throttle body utilization occurs between 0kmph, and roll'n'Burn @ 38kmph - 70kmph in any of the first 3 gears, 105% of the time, with 143% Eagerness 2WD mode #CHEVYRULES
You have to get the tires spinning to engage 4x4 on a '96-'99. Literally says in the owners manual it's best to engage the transfer case at 25-30 mph (presuming you are sliding & slipping in the mid or snow). People overlook 90's Chevy/GMC trucks but they really are beasts. Specifically '96 - '99. '95 they dropped the carburetor altogether & went EFI. One thing to be careful of & is a drawback.. regular antifreeze will erode a very important main seal over time so you literally have to exclusively use Dex-cool, which can be a headache if you don't carry your own with you.
@@doejon9424 I have a 94 Sierra that my dad bought brand new off the spinning display back in the day. @@doejon9424 The prior to 95s were not carbureted, they are fuel injected. It's called TBI (throttle body injection) and it's a very reliable and very simple design. That second to last Silverado was absolutely beautiful. It looked like it just rolled off the assembly line. I wish my 96 suburban looked as new as that.
I think that carven tr muffler is probably the best sounding rumble ive heard on these exhaust videos. I might make a separate exhaust for mine with a carven that I can swap out from time to time
My 91 is straight piped I just got it done yesterday finally just it’s now loud and clappy I told them I’ll be back in a couple weeks to get some cherry bombs put on I always get the same ones the short round glass packs
i love glasspacks, and glasspacks on a true dual setup are awesome, got me missing my old 1981 Chevy C10 Squarebody, had a 350 and True Duals with Cherrybomb Glasspacks, the magnapacks sound awesome as well, all in all an awesome compilation
I have a 97 GMC Sierra 4x4 350 has true 2 1/2" duals no converters and Mac Flowpath mufflers, 2 1/2" to tailpipes turned out the sides tucked way in up. Sounds absolutely AMAZING....I'm not a fan of the big tips on them personally. BTW strait pipes means nothing no converters, mufflers etc....
Smashed up bumper, rotted out rockers and the dash is lit like a Xmas tree in December and an empty tank but it's got an exhaust. Gotta have priorities.
GOLD SIERRA BOWTIE True Dual Borla, & codename "BLACK_DEVIL" GMC 1500 Z71 on FlowMaster SUPER 44... DUH! EPIC WINNING! That grandmother lady is the single most Epic human alive to date! 🤣🙌🤘💯
I have a 1991 Chevrolet cab and chassis. Would I have to do some serious work to get her sounding decent? It's a 4 speed manual transmission 2wd 350 tbi.
Hello sir, I've got a 1999 k2500 crew cab shortbed. The cats are deleted and I was wondering what you would recommend to get the sound of the magnapacks I don't want loud poping or anything just good low rumble but I don't want too quiet, maybe around that 100 decibel mark. I'm also planning on a 45 degree angle out the side behind the rear wheel
I will have to post my 1997 Chevy k1500 has a new motor but i have 2 15 inch glass packs with 3.5 inch tips straight back no cats no check engine light either. Alot of these sound good and the weld jobs are amazing. But i bought mine pre bent and welded it up and it sounds better than anything ive heard before. No back popping coming down steep hills, minor back pops when reved up and so dang deep throated.
Just got two magnoflow packs thanks excited now I just got get springs for this cam on a 98 2dr 5.7L tahoe you come across any yukon gt please post thst 😮 wish I had up and got that put I love my 2dr
Brown with Dual out the back was the Best!! Also seems ALL THE SPLIT EXHAUST THE PASSENGER SIDE PIPES ARE ALL WAYS NEVER EQUAL TO DRIVERS SIDE. ITS MORE FOWARD AND DOWN. AND WRONG ANGLE. … Just do a 90 like it should be. Or straight out the back. I say. But what ever. !! All sound good.
I have a 96 Chevy Silverado with the 5.7 V8 with true duals. The previous owner put glasspacks on, it's too loud for me in the cab. I would like to keep a deep throaty sound but not as loud. I want it to purr not roar, I don't want to have to yell over it to have a conversation or turn the radio up just to hear over the exhaust. ANY RECOMMENDATIONS PLEASE? I would like to keep dual exhaust with reasonable minimal expenses
I'm looking at the glass pack in the description and its only a 1.75" inlet and outlet. There's no way thats the same one he put on the truck, so can someone help me find the right size for the same truck? I want it to be the same glasspack he used still too.
@@exhaustaddicts yeah l, I didn't see the option for a 2.5 though. Do I just have to find a different one or something? I really like the sound of the one in the video so I was hoping for this one, but if this one won't work thats fine.

Flowmaster Super 44 was heading for a gas station when he left the shop... LMAO
Love the empty tank in the second one 😂

The brown one only has 50k miles🤯
I've called 3 shop that said they would put a fully refabed 5.7 in for 4,200-3,800
@@fake-natty9643nah but that one had 50k on the body too the frame was rust free

Damn that brown one sounds good with the true dual magnaflows. What series are those?!
The Flowmaster 44 blue truck sounds the best.

What kinda magnapack would that be? On the brown truck
Stock y pipeline to 3 no cat or punched out in to 3 in flow master duel 3 in outlets 3 in pipes to bumper turndowns next to hitch ( D boss )
How do you get rid of the exhaust clap sound on the sbc? I can't stand it. I'm looking at doing my exhaust when I'm done swapping engines.
X pipe... get them as close to the manifolds(headers prefered) then duals all the way back.
Love the if mom approves everyone approves 😂
My 96 c3500 only has 63k original miles on it. I want to put an exhaust system on it. I want a nice growl but not loud. Any suggestions?

Factory aftermarket cats= confusion
Ok
That second one didn't need money spent on the exhaust. I would have spent the money on the rear bumper and whatever the service engine soon issue.

Those miles tho
First one sounds stock

4” outside diameter not even close inside.
