All of the above. 🥰 Depending on the project theme, I decorate the individual ATC cards separately, I decorate all 9 pockets as one unified picture, as well as embellishments on the inside and outside of the pockets.🥰
Nice topic and I immediately thought.. Uh-oh, but I enjoyed the way you presented it. You're right, a PL and ATC can be whatever you want it to be! I like to create Chunky works of art that reflect my current style! Lots of layers, see-through, shakers, die cuelts, mixed media and pockets on top of pockets! I also "hide" little gifts on the front and back. I like the recipient to spend a few minutes looking for treasures and admiring the art. Fun fact: I poured about 24 hours into my last PL over week's time!
I really enjoyed learning about the origin of the pocket letter. I had no idea! I have never made one and they have always been a mystery to me! I think I would enjoy making one as originally intended. So cute!

My daughter recently came home from school and she brought home with her some ATC cards that her art class created at school and later traded with friends. I thought it was such a neat idea. I can’t wait to show her your video.
