How is this attached to house, as I was of the understanding that a room attached would require proper footings due to risk of damaging house wall

Hi, our Addroom is designed to be able to be installed on Patio slabs or a concrete base. The fixings to fix the Addroom to the house would vary depended on the house finish, but the addroom simply bolts onto the side of your home.

All of our products are heavily tested before we sell them. Therefore, we wouldn't want to suggest anything that could introduce a design problem.
