Thanks for making this brilliant video! It's packed with excellent tips and advice.
Im considering my options at present and would need to to a considerable amount of groundwork and prep before taking the plunge. I need a lot of space and getting a pool table in there is an absolute must!

Can I ask a question please. I see other companies install large lag screws into the layers are they are being built, do you do this with Dunster?

I would say for a 7x4 pool table you will want at least a 5x5m cabin for adequate cueing all the way around. I'm currently putting down a 6x5 meter concrete slab for my man cave which I intend to put a pool table in.
