Self compassion for ME and Long Covid

  • If we are to heal, we need to develop acceptance and self-compassion, even for our more difficult symptoms including fatigue and pain. Being aware of the inner critic is helpful, as we can gently bring in more kindness to how we find ourselves. We start by applying tenderness as we journey towards a kinder state of being so that we no longer push or ignore our body's messages.
