    Thank you Fiona, for this post. After decades with undiagnosed ME, the resources you make available are such a help to me. I find your directions, thoughtful, beautifly paced and gentle, are easy for me to follow, something that isn't often true for me. From the depths of my heart, namaste.

      I’m so glad to be of help although I always say it’s the yoga not me! Having had ME myself for years anything I can share that has helped me too I am happy to do!! Xx

      @@fionaagombar3037 Yoga is certainly a powerful vehicle for healing, but there are definitely times when it has been too activating for my system to handle. Working with you online rather than in person, I am able to back off when needed. What I found especially welcome in working with you is how easily I was able to reconnect, picking things back up in a gentle way. It feels like your personal experiences with ME have heightened your sensitivity to the challenges we face, and your skill as a healer has attuned you to the subtle aspects of invitation and flow. While I am always appreciative of trauma informed guidance and instruction, you have a way of holding space for variable energy levels and readiness, and to invite and welcome rejoining the flow when that becomes possible again. I very much look forward to joining you in times ahead as my energy and body continue to strengthen.
