I like how you don’t leave anything out with the inside, but I bought 4 lbs of pork shoulder and it took 2 1/2 hours of cooking time, but it was delicious. Thank you 😊

Glad it was delicious! If you cut it into smaller pieces, you can use a shorter cook time.

First things first. I love your channel!!! I recently purchased the Ninja Foodi Max Smart Lid. It has a thermometer on the inside so you can cook to temperature while pressure cooking. Beef or pork, it gives you the option of "shredded". It cooks the meat to the mid-200 range and it is perfect every time. It's amazing what this product can do. Again, love your channel, keep up the good work!

How long do you cook a smoked pork shoulder?

Since it's fully cooked, you want to heat it up and cook it until it shred easily. I haven't tried it, but I'd start with 5 minutes with a 10 minute natural pressure release. Then see if it's tender enough to shred. If not, cook it a little longer with another npr.

So what happens if you cook it for a half an hour longer than normal, is it ruined? Im used to it falling apart just removing it from the pot.

Cooking it a little longer if it's not as fall apart tender as you like, works great.

What about smoking on a pellet grill for about 4 hrs first???

I know this is just about an insta pot recipe and way of cooking. But im just curious. I've Ben wondering and looking on line. I've always done a crock pot or insta pot for it but I know have a pellet grill. But don't have all day tomorrow too watch it. So thinking of waking up throwing it in the smoke at about 3-4am the grill will already be going. ( i know a waist of pellets) But i just want to wake up quickly throw it in and close my eyes I get up about 630 tomorrow leaving at 8. Thinking of pulling it at 730 so I have time for any mishaps and prep that I forgot to do. What do you think????? I'm exited I think lol. I Always over think on a new method or recipe.

My guess is you'd need a side by side taste test to notice a huge difference, but it's worth trying to see if you like the results.

You two ladies are very nice looking and there is no greater joy in life than to see a pretty girl. I would like to make a comment however about your pulled pork recipe. I've read so many recipies and viewed so many videos where the authors believed that we came here to read and read and read and read and read but you two kept yours brief. Thank You!
