I just discovered this channel a coupla weeks ago. It's great!! I've been cooking Indian/Bangladeshi food for many years, both authentic and BIR, but what I love about Latif's videos is, as well as getting an insight into a live working kitchen, which I find fascinating, is the mix between authentic and BIR recipes...Brilliant Latif. Keep up the great work. I've flicked through to 1 or 2 of my favourite dishes, but am now working my way through them all...Cheers mate

I am amazed by your culinary skills. WOW! You inspire me to appreciate my small kitchen, considering the high flow of “traffic” and activity taking place in your restaurant kitchen (well-organised). Tip: Try not to lick your fingers nor taste anything with your fingers, because it is atrocious chef etiquette. You are amazing!

I love chicken, and your recipes have given me some great ideas for making dishes that are "new" and inspired. And as we all know, there are many kinds of "chickens", world-wide, that could be applied to these dishes, like partridges, quails, guinea fowl, wild grouse, pheasants, as well as our standard domestic chickens, of many breeds and types (for roasting, frying, stewing, etc.). Thanks!!

@Seeking Khalwa Right, a lot of folks come from around the world to this channel to get cooking ideas. Without restrictions, one could use these sauces and spices on a variety of meats, or veggies. For example, most Americans and Brits will eat almost anything, except bugs, grubs, worms, dogs, snakes, lizards, monkeys, big bats, and all kinds of "gut meats", etc., which other cultures around the globe regularly eat "with relish"! So eat whatever you like, but Never Ever tell me what I can eat!! :D

I must ask you Latif how come when you shake a frying pan forwards and backwards over a normal sized gas flame, you get flames leaping up half a metre in the air (that's 2 feet high), enough to set fire to the kitchen celing? And you're not even doing Flambé techniques. I'd set off all the heat and smoke alarms in my kitchen if that happened. It looks scary but why does it happen? Doesn't the food burn? Quite a puzzle.
