  • The Story of the Barbary Corsairs - audiobook
    Stanley LANE-POOLE (1854 - 1931) and J. D. Jerrold KELLEY (1847 - 1922)
A history of the pirating activities along and around the "Barbary coast" between the 15th and 19th centuries, from the time of the pirate, Ujra Barbarossa, to the French control of Algeria in 1830. Although piracy had plagued all the world's waterways from the first time man decided to trade by boat or ship, authors Lane-Poole and Kelley tell mainly of the origins and "Golden Age" of the Moor pirates who rampaged the Mediterranean Sea from ports of call along the north coast of Africa. - Summary by James K. White
    Genre(s): Early Modern
    Language: English (FULL Audiobook)

Knowledge is power.... A lack of it is..... The biggest and most famous pirates were the jews who were at Jamaca. They went and kidnapped Africans then sold them first in muslim markets and then brought them to Europe. The pirates of the Caribbean are about them, they were absolutely soulless but masters at there craft !

The iman who wanted to sacrifice a Christian to the Prophet Muhammad? Don’t you sacrifice to gods instead of prophets? Is Mohammad like Jesus to them?

  • @altarush

This history is irony since now Algiers considered itself atheist when at the time, certain religious people who weren’t of their faith infidels. Since when did Mohammad preaches that people of the book were infidels.
