- Fish 500gms, Small Onion 150 gms tamarind 100 gms,cumin powder 1 teaspoon,chili powder 3 teaspoon,,Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon ,oil 150 ml, Rock salt to taste ,Mustard 1 teaspoon, Red chilli 2 nos Fenugreek 1 teaspoon,curry leaves 2 sprigs. jaggery 1 teaspoon.
