Yes! The picture is so important! I always take extra time and effort to stage it to make it show its best. I know when the pictures are good, I can ask for my highest amount I was planning.

Great Info! Where do people pick up your painted furniture? Also. How do you filter out the prefab furniture? Out of 10 listings 8 we're kit furniture. Your probably better at FBM than I am.
Hey Heather! I sell on FBM (or sometimes Craigslist) and have the furniture out on my covered porch (or out by garage if it's too big) when someone comes to see it. We own a security camera company so I feel pretty safe that anyone who comes over will be on our video record. As for FBM, I'm def not a pro haha! I think even when you filter for "wood furniture" like I always do, you still have to wade through a lot of junk to find the good stuff. I know all my tips are geared to folks who live in a big metro area like me; some of this stuff is different where you live. But thanks for watching! I love your videos-- keep flipping friend :-)
