Hope this set works out for you. I got them for my MYLR when I bought it, thanks to all the TH-camrs recommending them. Love them! Work great, no issues. I like them so much I then got them for the frunk and under storage in the hatch.
A place called “Mysta-design” sells alternate logo's that replace the 3D logo. They’re metal with the word Tesla on them. I don’t have them, but they do look nice. * Update: they’re sold out of all styles. Company may be out of business * I bet someone makes something similar.
We are new to the Tesla family and got a LR Y at the end of April. Most of our mats are not 3D, but we got 3D mats to go on the back of the rear seats to protect them if the seats are folded down and we put stuff in there. We got enhanced autopilot, but usually are not comfortable using it. We live in the greater Chicago area and found some issues with it. Phantom braking, trying to move from the right driving lane into the lane traffic is merging onto the tollway from. Aggressive driving, getting way too close to traffic in front of us, can’t tell the car speed limit from bus, truck and minimum speed limits. Exiting way too fast. This is mostly on I90. I have found it to be quite scary. And, summon has not been enabled yet. Other than that, we like the Y. The car does not see horse and buggies moving on the shoulder in Indiana Amish country. Seems like that could be important.
I have had these mats in two different cars and they are terrible. Both sets had their texture pattern worn off due to shoe heels within 18 months. Never again. Get Tasmanian mats for a good, sturdy mat set.
Those have been the best mats in our Y and Especially in the R1T perfect fit and look good.

Dave, I was shocked you weren't using these from the jump as most of the TH-camr Model Y owners swear by these. Hope they work out for you.
I prefer Road Comforts, true rubber, not made anymore for the Y

3D mats are 100% better than any other mat out there, I got some for my car, fit perfectly.
Have you tried WeatherTech mats?
