She has over 1000 friends and in that room she also keeps future birthday gifts for her friends with voice message and she picks them out carefully. Its a side which she dosent want to show but is very touching. The author even said its precious for her to betray her team.

Last Order was running from 10032, so once 10032 shows up, it’s unlikely that Last Order would stay around. So when Mikoto arrives and sees 10032, Last Order was out of sight. But it was sheer chance that Touma didn’t see Accelerator. If they had simply walked a little further, they would have seen each other.
Kuto Only the first 15 episodes take place during the festival. Everything else happens after it and well before Hamazura, Accel and Touma head to Russia.
