Not gonna lie, Shokuhou was kind of adorable when she was a little kid. X3 Too bad she had to learn too soon how to deal with Academy City's dark side. Also, poor Dolly...! :,(
@@thetruestar6348 Apperantly so. Both were tricked since childhood, but Shokuhou's ability allowed her to actually dig in and discover what was happening. I guess from her point of view, Misaka should've been smart enough to do the same, which is unfair, but... At the same time, the event also seems to have left her with some HEAVY trust issues, to the point she can't "befriend" anyone unless she can fully read their minds, manipulate them or change their emotions. Misaka is one of the only people she can do none of those, so I imagine she feels rather unconfortable near her. That aside, I do think Shokuhou deep down wishes she could befriwend Misaka. During their conversation on the train, when Misaka turns around and states they really cannot get along, Shokuhou's smile seems kind of sad, rather then cynical.

Wait isn't this proof that shokuho is older than misaka? cos misaka gave away her DNA info when she was a small child (3-5) and if Dolly took them ~1 year to make, misaka should be 4-6 at this point, but shokuho is clearly older, like 7-9.
All of this aside, I wonder why the mental protection helmets the scientists are so damn big and impractical? I mean Russians could make a helmet for mental protection that looks way more practical than this.

To your first question: there are some iffy parts, but I think it's worth it overall. To your second question: anything goes, really. You can watch the whole thing in the order it came out (starting with a certain magical index season 1) but it's not like that's required. Heck, you can start with railgun s and not really miss anything from the first season of railgun. The only places where any of the three series (index, railgun, and accelerator) "spoil" each other are places where they cover literally the same events, so either one will spoil the other.
