First time watcher! Looking forward to your next video. I’ve knit the wild wool trail socks, they’re very comfy and durable! Interesting heel construction that what I’m used too. Oh, and toque is pronounced ‘two-k’!
This might sound silly but I really appreciated seeing knitting plans that included accessories too. I love sweaters but it is nice to see some other types of projects be highlighted as well.
I just subscribed. I *really* appreciate that you didn't slavishly choose all the "hot" patterns that most every blogger seems to be making. Thanks for just being you!!!
I liked your selections. The choices were all really interesting, and I don't think you could have gone wrong with any of them. And I liked that you are using yarns you already possess. I just 'had' to order some more yarn to complete a pullover, and of course ended up buying more than what I needed. Such a slippery slope. Anyway, good luck with your Fall knits. And your channel!
Loved your first video! You chose to knit all the ones I was hoping you would. Looking forward to watching your progress on all but especially the socks!
Hi! Great job. I am using the patterns you chose in my upcoming Fall Knitting Plans Trends video! My only suggestion is considering a microphone, the sound is a bit low, but is otherwise clear! Looking forward to seeing more.
AkaNoraKnits uses a boom mic, she mentioned it in a recent episode. It hangs above her off screen. You have good on screen presence, the camera likes you!
Fun podcast! It would be helpful if you could hold the yarns, swatches and pattern images up on the screen for much, much longer. You just kinda flash them up and then hold in your hands while you talk about. Or put into a pop box that sits on the screen to one side? You have such a good eye for sophisticated color. Looking forward to more!!
Thank you so much for the feedback! I'll keep that in mind and try to keep items on screen longer in the future. A pop up box with a photo is a great idea!
Hello! I really enjoyed your episode, so relaxed and easy to follow 🙂 I loved that you considered your wardrobe and made a mood board. You had some great pattern options, too, I'd never seen the sock pattern before - it looks like an interesting construction. I've subscribed and looking forward to seeing how the knitting goes ❤
@@NewMoonKnitting I knit myself some fingerless mitts in it last year, and I love them. I ended up going to my LYS to get more to do the vest because of how much I loved the feel. So far I'm enjoying the process of knitting with it, and I think the lacework looks as good as lace can look before being blocked.
Great job! So funny that you were here in Spain and purchased yarn that I have never seen before. I'll be following along from La Mancha - @lamanchaknitter
Good to know! I thought it might be a bit of a challenge. I'll definitely want a simple stockinette project on the needles at the same time so I can take a break. Thanks for sharing!

Thanks for the tip! And good to know about the socks, I was a little worried about the heel & gusset construction. Happy to hear they're comfortable!

I'm glad to hear that! I always like to have some small accessories to work on when I need a break from long-running sweater projects. Thanks!

@@NewMoonKnitting There are really cheap options on Amazon to connect to your phone if that is what you're using to film!

I'm literally knitting myself a lace vest in Cascade Eco+ Hemp as I watch this.
No way! How do you like the yarn? I've had it in my stash for over a year and haven't had a chance to work with it yet

Thank you! Yes I found the yarn at Lanica in Zaragoza. I had a wonderful time in Spain, such an incredible country and so much more I want to explore!

Which weekend hat are you knitting? There are several patterns by that name on Ravelry.
It's the Weekend Hat by Hiromi Nagasawa: www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/weekend-hat-4
I’m in the middle ok knitting the sweater from PomPom. I love it but have taken a break because it doesn’t need a bit of brain power when knitting
