Sari Nordland is another brainer, like Norah Gaughan. Thea Colman is fast becoming a fave too, & now Rebecca Clow to investigate ❤ I love Jerri Blumer patterns too - she has a similar "variety options" to Rebecca
Everything by Rebecca Clow is spectacular! Her patterns are SO versatile and SO concisely written (as well as size inclusive,) but Lauder is one of my favorites! I especially love what you *didn't* include; the lack of sweaters by Andrea Mowry made me so happy!😊
Louann, I talk about it a little here , but I will wear it in the future and give more details 🖤 Everything I Knit 2022 Part 1 All the sweaters (that I knit for myself) th-cam.com/video/CGWkOLw4ER8/w-d-xo.html
Love all of these options. Even though I stalk ravelry obsessively, there were still a few of these patterns that I haven't come across before. It is coming into spring in Australia, but I would love to make some of these for winter next year.
I'm extremely confused as a new knitter just learning; why does 2 sport weight held together=dk weight but a sport and a lace=aran. I feel like the math is off. it is like some people say holding 2 lace will make an aran as well. What is up?
Love the pattern highlights! I have an unrelated to knitting question for you: 🫣 If I may - where is that super amazing Rhino-friend lamp from?! I think I need one in my life! 🥰
Hi the rhino lamp is from Barcelona the company is ORNAMANTE. They have a website with many animals to choose from and you really can’t go wrong the only downside is shipping is expensive but necessary to keep your lamp or sculpture safe !
Did I forget your favorite pattern?
I love that you spotted Alhambra. Isabell Kraemer is really underrated, her designs are stunning and her *fit* is just top notch.
I agree and I´ve knit many patterns by her and they are so well written.
🙏 thank you. You’ve introduced me to new designers. What I😊
