A Quote from Seneca. The mind is never right except when it's at peace with itself. And the mind cannot be at peace when abnormally concerned with itself.

Happier emotions lead to a happier gut microbiome which reverses gut dysbiosis which seals the gut lining reversing leaky gut and reversing autoimmune diseases and the accompanying inflammation and pain !

There’s a saying, “people come and go in life, but the person in the mirror will be there forever,” so be kind and gentle to yourself.
It really is not your fault, and it’s true. PDP is only there to protect you. When we realise it’s out of control, when the brain can’t process that quick due to overly stressed, then we really need to have the compassion by taking care of ourselves, self love is key to it. Telling that inner child, you’re not alone. I love you. That’s how I started my recovery. Envisioning my 2 year old self photograph when I had muscle spasms and talked to my brain- “this is what you’re doing to that child if you don’t stop”- it suddenly stopped, and ever since it never came back. Remember, it is there to protect, not harm. When the logical mind sees through it, it will automatically make a decision to stop.
Anyway, it may not work for everyone, but there’s always a solution.

A neurologist did a scan on me showing that my nervous system is working 5x harder than it should. I have long covid, he''s saying it's caused by systemic inflammation damaging my vagus nerve. I also have severe neuro issue, gut dysbiosis, insomnia, brain fog and fatigue. I was a semi-professional athlete and healthy before all of this. I'm primarily bed bound, I feel like I'm just staying alive out of spite at this point 😂. I love watching your videos though they give me hope and I'll never stop fighting.

I am from India. I have been having back pain for the last 8 months and cervical pain for the last 2 months. Long bed rest I have tried all the exercise medicines, the doctor has advised me to get operated. I have been very scared since childhood because of the environment around me. I have seen a lot of fights and quarrels with me, that is why it is always in my mind.

@@ezza1236 im working on it. This TMS stuff actually clicked for me at one point and suddenly my pain vanished and my anxiety was manageable, however I went on vacation in August I had a BLAST literally zero pain zero anxiety…. I came back home and immediately my anxiety returned along with the negative ocd thinking patterns and ofc my pelvic pain came back. Now im stuck at square one again and this time its hard for this to click for me again? Which is strange cause I already did it once before. What would you suggest me to do this time around?

Dan, I got into an argument about TMS. As the person has numbness and pins and needles in hands. I suggested TMS and that unconscious mind could limit the blood flow to a particular area. He called me an idiot. Do you know the mechanism of how the autonomic nervous system limits the blood flow to one particular area? Thanks

Could be a result of hyperventilation, could be Raynaud's, could be any number of things including TMS, but rather than diagnosing someone who clearly isn't open to the idea perhaps suggest they get checked out first, and then if there's no clinical problem suggest they read John Sarno.x
