- In this video I will show you my process tiling this shower with this huge 24x48 tile. The trick is to take it very slow and do it one piece at a time. Also if you are first time DIY this type of project, it’s a good idea to first dry fit the tiles before you thinset them in place. The tile leveling clips are a must on a project like this!

Out of curiosity, what do you estimate your investment in tools and equipment to be?
I have a big expensive saw that was $1500. So for everything I need to do this shower I’d say around $2500:)
The key to doing large tile like this is dry fitting tiles as you install them and doing it one by one. Slow and steady!

Here's a dumb question - wouldn't it be better to partially set your wedges first before using the vibrator doohickey? Or does it not really matter?
