    Great location. I stayed in that building a year ago. On the 10th floor. Security are good. And the lifts on the ground floor go to the carpark with another lift to the condos. With Security but avoiding the main reception.

    I love hearing 'first-hand' tales of WWII history. When I first arrived in the Western Pacific (Guam) in 1974, there were many, many people who could talk for hours about their experiences with the war and the Japanese occupation. Here it is nearly 50 years later, and the people still haven't forgotten what their ancestors went through. I think what I love most about the people in this part of the world is that most take nothing for granted.

    • @AmazingPhilippines1
      @AmazingPhilippines1  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks Brooke. I have found average condo fees to be 70-90 pesos/sq meter with some newer higher end going on up to 150/sq meter. I am not sure but I suspect these are around 80/sq meter based on the age of the building, maybe less.

    That’s a nice spacious condo with great views Rod, I enjoyed the bit of history thar the owner shared also. I spent some time in Banawa, and used the mall quite often. Seeing the Indian restaurant outside made me smile, it reminded me of when I took my gf there when I fancied a chicken curry, only to find after being seated, that they had none on the menu, as it was only vegetarian food.
