What a fantastic haul.❤ I get so jealous every time I see a video from all of you fantastic orchid growers in Florida! Trader Joe's is the best option I have for orchids in my local area. Once in a while, they will have something besides your typical grocery store Phal. The Home Depot and Lowe's here don't even have bag babies.😢
@Melissa-loves-orchids Yes, I have had to order about 90% of my collection. Unfortunately, that means an additional $15 or sometimes much more added to the cost of the orchids for shipping.
I have a similar looking orchid, I smelled it at the grocery store, tracked it down and bought it! It is a perfumed smell. Mine smells strongest about 2 in the afternoon, when it is sunny!
All of them are beautiful orchids 😍I also love those orchids that have fragrance, I bought 3 recently that smell like cotton candy 🥰I couldn’t resist not getting them and I did notice that inside my house the fragrance is less so probably they want to be outside but they are so beautiful I just leave them in… I’m in Jersey and I’m planning a roadside trip to visit some friends in Florida and also to buy orchids that I don’t get to see around here, i like Phals cause those are easy to grow around here, I can’t wait! All of them are are beautiful but that pink one is so beautiful. I have two similar ones as the the first orchid and now you got me thinking of putting them outside to see if they a stronger scent❤
Love your Phals. I want th all! I plant Tropical Milkweed botanical name Asclepias. The tropical one is red and yellow. In your area it is a perennial. For me in the NE it does not winter over. It is the only plant Monarchs lay their eggs on. The caterpillars love them 🦋🦋🦋♥️

I heard another grower say it. Like When some Cattleyas won't smell in the cold. I guess it's the same thing.
I can't choose just one! I'd take them all. LOL We don't get those type of phals where I live, you are very lucky!

I have been seeing a lot of fragrant phals lately on local stores and I already owned 2 that smell like literal perfume I lovee them.
I just got yaphon love song from big leaf orchids and it yellow stripped. It looks like the one you got. Enjoy
