Thank you Dr Rofrano! I’ve Been doing strict Carnivore for a little over two months and down 19lbs! The only confusing part for me is my bloodwork came back yesterday with a CRP of 3.6 and high ferritin level of 532? Would that be from going Carnivore? Should I include leafy greens or maybe stop Carnivore to get these numbers down? I definitely do have some of the symptoms you mention like heart palpitations, fatigue, dizziness. I take most of the supplements you suggest and do manage hypertension with Irbesartan.
It’s great to hear about your weight loss progress! I find the FreeDiet works better because, in addition to the protein, you are getting plenty of vegetables and healthy fats. If I'm recovering from a Bone Marrow transplant to fix AML cancer, would the testing you recommend to diagnose the root cause be effective? I'm currently in remission at about 130 days after my bone marrow transplant, but currently on maintenance chemo (Inqovi) for 3 more months.

Cancer is one of the root causes of high ferritin. If still high after someone is in remission, they can ask their doctor to test for other causes.
Hello how about olives are they ok on the free diet? And what’s your smoothie recipe?

I kinda doubt this result
I understand where you're coming from. I was surprised as well. When I checked six weeks later, her ferritin was down to 62!

cast iron pans can leak iron
Yes, cast iron pans and grills can leach iron into food.
Why no eggs in your free diet??
Good question. Eggs are avoided only in phase 1 of the FreeDiet due to their high incidence of food reactions. They are reintroduced in phase 2.
