Josh we have a new dual hole saw setup with a 3D printed guide for this style headlight reflector. Will send a set over. Great video!

I have this kit on my CT70 with a yx140. It is a great kit. Jon has done a great job engineering it. It is a lot brighter than the stock light and it makes my battery stay charged much longer.

How about the hi an low beam?

On this bike I have a on / off switch and just use the high (brighter beam). Didn't film the low beam output due to the way I wired it up. There is another video on yt that shows the difference.

My 6v headlight is a bulb. The rear cntr is fixed to the reflector & is not removable.Your reflector has no bulb/wires attached??? When you start

You would drill it out like I did. You have a sealed assembly. Some were sealed and some were flanged

don't know for sure, but it looks like your beam is a vertical bar where I might prefer horizontal. I;d probably try rotating it 90 deg. Hmmm. I have a 76 Yamaha TT 500 with a factory 6 volt headlamp. I wonder... I think (as I recall) the Yamaha bulb is 25 watts. Matching wattage is probably a good idea. I'd expect to get a bit more light from the LED vs a filament at 25 watts.
    Comments?

Hi. The light unit is rotatable, so l LED can be placed in any orientation you prefer. I would contact Jon with Pardue Brothers for any product questions / spec info
