And for this video, I tracked down a rules PDF online.
From the setup, red should have started with a full beer-cellar (there's no hint of that on the setup card, but it's flagged in the rulebook)
11:35 You left blue's first round supplier out when you cleaned up, so he got some extra beer and reputation in round 2
18:55 You spent 2 schnapps for 2 coins rather than just the 1 (and again at 48:40 and 55:22 )
20:02 If you feed 5 schnapps to the fire-breather for an upgrade, you do still get the royal for the upgrade (the lack of the no-royal icon on the token was what prompted me to go look for the rules)
49:06 Blue should have got a royal for upgrading his tables (tactically, he should probably also have sold a table to buy it back to the top of the deck)
56:23 That royal should have gone on top of the deck rather than into the discard (moot point since it would just have ended up sharing a table with one of the royals that did go on top of the deck that turn)
1:04:35 Blue has an upgraded supplier, so should have earned 4 beer rather than 3 (and got an extra point for recruiting a 4 beer/2 point customer)

Also 55:30-‘spending’ a supplier makes the upgrade 18-6=12 (whereas you said 13)
54:10 vertical book line complete should take a royal?
When playing with these modules you forgot to flip the schnapps bonus markers on the monastery tile over. It looks like you have them facing towards the summer side for some reason. You should have gotten 5 more free schnapps for each player throughout the game as a result which would have made your entertainers much more useful. :)

At 41:56 I think you were only supposed to throw 1 blue die, since you had one permanent waitress. Or am I mistaken ?

Under F rulebook "you can combine dice to pay for qn action" whats that mean?
Hmmm..... I'm looking through the rulebook to see where that is written (so I can use context to give you the best answer possible....) I know it's under "F" -- but that's such a large section. Can you narrow it down for me? What's the subheading it's under?
Imho, I think it means you could use the dishwasher's ability to add 1 to the dice number for every dishwasher that comes into play. If you have more than 1 (for example 2) dishwasher cards in play, you could either add 1 to 2 different dice or add 2 to a single dice...

Anyone have any idea whether there's any restrictions on how many nobles 🤴👸 we could recruit in a single turn? If, for example, one of the player have 22 beer 🍻 production and he carried 5 beer 🍻 from the previous turn for a total of 27 beer, could this player first recruit 3 nobles with 18 beer and recruit another noble using the remaining 9 beer for a total of 4 nobles in a single turn? Thanks
As far as I know you are not limited to taking this action one time.... Like, I think you could spend 18 to get 3 nobles then 9 to get another one. Of course I could be wrong.... but that's my understanding!

It's a real problem here........ My brother in law is talking about bringing the cows back.... I'm not thrilled.
It didn't really follow all the details, such as what all the different modules are, but it seemed fun. Glad I'm not a drinking man though :)
It is way fun! And I didn’t do a good job at all of distinguishing the modules... so here’s what they were:
Module 1: the base game
Module 2: Scnapps tokens and entertainers
Module 3: reputation track, bards, and new guest cards
Module 4: different starting conditions
Module 5: signature tokens
Many many mistakes during the gameplay... :/
