Really enjoying this Tanya,You and Derrick have damn near convinced me to become vegan.I have been doing all my research and the positives really outweigh the negatives.If you are ever near the Tyrone Monaghan border you both would be made very welcome.
Sure dip your toe for a few weeks and see how it goes! It doesn't have to be all or nothing right away, ease into it over a few weeks and just enjoy the tasty food that can be had. Let us know if you do give it a go!
