Made it & it was delicious. I cheated a little as I used low fat mayo. I'm not a vegan but my wife & I are eating a lot less meat. We are trying. Keep up the good work. 🤘 😊

Do you mainly go for organic vegetables Tanya or off the shelf supermarket veg?,I will never forgive you for eating the tricolour 😂.

Hey! Tanya is on tour, so she wouldn't be able to pop on here for a while. That said, the advice and evidence on organic vs non is mixed and it depends on your own budget and what you can find available. Generally Organic produce is seen as better for the eco system, and the folks that grow it. For thin skinned fruits & veggies, it looks like it's also a benefit for those that eat them too. However thicker skinned produce like say bananas or avocado where the outer skin is usually discarded, then there's less risk of pesticides etc making it through to the consumer. But there's so much more to the picture, and like everything it's shades of grey. Where you can afford to, choose organic. But don't beat yourself up too much if that's not an option. Hope that helps, and I'm sure Tanya herself will wade in on this at some stage!
